Effective diet na natry ko, no rice and red meat. As in kahit walang exercise nabawasan ang timbang ko at lumiit ang waistline ko.

Eto talaga so far ang pinaka-effective method ko: ang magpost sa weightloss diary. Hindi ubra sakin ang magsarili lang ng pagdadiet kasi nabe-break ko ng walang pakundangan. 😆Pag pinopost ko, naoobliga akong pangatawanan, feeling ko andun ang pressure lalo na sa mga nakakabasa hehe. more than 2mos na ako walwal, on-off sa lowcarb diet pero once na inatake ng katakawan, ayun, sira ang diet hehe.

Kaya ngayon nakapagcommit na ulit ako sa weightloss diary na magpapakaseryoso na ako. 10days IF muna ang goal ko para achievable. 😊

So to sum it up, here's my current weightloss regimen:
1. IF method (14hrs minimum)
2. Low carb diet (less to no rice, bread, pasta,etc)
3. Hi-protein/hi-fiber foods (meat, eggs, green vegs and fruits)
4. Less to no sugar/sweets
5. Less caffeine
6. More hot/cold lemon water
7. Light to moderate exercise (light to brisk walking)
8. Less fastfood/processed foods

For me, the most effective talaga is portion control. I eat anything but nililiitan ko yung portions. I always scope my plate bago ko kainin. Tinitignan ko kung dapat ko ba ilagay lahat sa tyan ko yung dami ng food. If I want to eat more, gulay ang idadagdag ko.

^ wow sis buti ka pa kaya mo. I tried that before pero di ko kaya kasi kapag masarap ang ulam napaparami kain ko hehe... It takes a lot of discipline talaga.

^True sis. Disiplina talaga. Sa una lang naman talaga mahirap. It helps din na may goal ka (beach vacation at formal event ang last 2 motivations ko hehe).

True to. Hindi ko na lang talaga magawa ngayon kasi lumipat ako ng company at sobrang nakakapagod sa katawan ang trabaho kaya lagi akong gutom.  :'(

^No, it can't.  Diba nga the experts say, weight loss is 80% diet, 20% exercise, you cannot outrun a bad diet and the like.  That's because most of the time, we overestimate the amount of calories we burn during exercise.  The best and most effective way to lose weight is to lessen your food intake.  What I do is, aside from portioning out my food, I eat only until I feel almost full.  Yung tipong pwede pa, pero stop na ako.  Kahit walang workout, guaranteed weight loss for me.

Low carbs. Effective sa akin. More than a year na and im happy. Hindi na bumalik taba ko ;D

pinaka effective is the low carb diet plus the keto supplements that my brother and me is taking from USA, keto Max or keto Burn is the  one we are taking. if you are in low carb diet and wants a faster results this one will help you to shred your fats faster than the usual in a healthy way.

but if you are not in a keto diet, take the Garcinia the potent organics this one naman will suppress your appetite and mawawala cravings mo, maraming garcinia brand but i think this one is yung pinaka hiyang ko sa lahat.

Low Carb talaga :) kahit na napapadalas cheat ko (Minsan nagrarice ako ng mga 1/4 cup lang o kaya 1 pc bread o kaya pancit canton) pumapayat parin  ako, napapansin parin nila. Though nag plateau na naman ako sa weight pero diba nga wag babase sa timbang, as long as nakikita ko sa katawan ko na pumapayat ako at napapansin din ng iba :) Super happy :)

Is Gardenia considered as real wheat? Keto worked for me, but I couldn't continue, i really need carbs!

effective talaga ang keto, naku  ilang araw na din ako nakakapag cheat sa carbs intake kasi minsan napapakain ako ng carbs but hindi ko na nasusunod yung 20g of carbs intake for weight loss, kaya talagang tinatrabaho ko na lang sa keto supplements para hindi din ako mawala sa ketosis, anyone here taking the keto burn supplements advanced weight loss?  ito kasi yung tinatake ko pang sabay sa low carb para talagang pang alalay kahit mag cheat ako alam ko may alalay ako sa supplements for burning ng mga kinakain ko, so far wala naman weight gain but i need to be back on track din talaga
