Tried South beach, HCG diet, 1200 calorie diet.
Pinaka effective sakin Lazy Keto with IF, no exercise. Pero usual problem ko ay constipation.
Today Im ok with my weight 114lbs.

Super agree with portion control.  Tried and tested.  Wala pang restrictions.  Kelangan lang talaga matinding disiplina.

I tried keto, oo bumaba weight ko pero as soon as kumain ako ng normal, ambilis bumalik ng weight na na-lose ko. Sa weighing scale lang rin bumaba weight ko pero di ko ramdam sa clothes ko. Di lang talaga ako hiyang sa keto diet.

I paid for an online coach, wala ring nangyari. 1200 calories per day. Was told to eat 6 times a day. I was given a list of foods to take per meal. Waley nangyari. Ang ending, gutom na gutom ako palagi as in. Bawal rin ang sugar.

IF talaga ang nagwork sa kin. I can eat whatever i want sa window period. Ang nagyayari kasi, madali na ako mabusog, kaya konti lang nakakain ko. No restrictions pa ginagawa ko kaya ang saya. Di na ako deprived, di pa ako namomroblema anong kakain ko. Lumiit legs ko, pati hips ko nabawasan. I know this kasi nasuot ko na ulit yung shorts ko na di ko masuot for 2 years. 14 or 16 hours ang fasting ko, depende sa schedule.

ang pinaka effective sakin dati ganto:

breakfast:
2 glasses water
2 slices toasted bread, one wedge laughing cow cheese, powdered peanut butter

lunch:
half cup white rice and ulam

dinner:
non starchy vegetable, madalas broccoli or lettuce
chicken breast

natatandaan ko nag snack ako in the afternoon nung time na yan but kunti lang. hindi ko na matandaan exact weight na lose ko kasi sinabayan ko rin ng exercise yan. I believe in portion control or calorie counting. hindi ko kaya restrict certain food group, mahirap i-maintain in the long run. naniniwala kasi ako na losing weight is easier than maintaining it. you can check Charm Concepcion on youtube, meron siya dun sample ng what she eats in a day. She eats rice pa rin but she doesn't eat snacks.

^uy fan rin ako ni charm concepcion hahaha. Ako rin hindi ko kaya yung may igigve up na food kaya for me mas kaya ko IF. Kaya kong maghintay hintay kesa mag give up ng certain foods. Para sa akin yun ah, I'm speaking for myself.

I wanted to start a small business, nag import ako ng Chia Seeds, and then planning to import Quinoa next and other Super Foods, I'll be selling it cheaper than the stores/mall to promote nga healthy lifestyle. Ofcourse, it can help din on your specific diets, whether it's calorie counting, ketogenic, etc. ;) Lose fats in a healthy way!.. :)

I am on a Low Carb diet now, and I can say eto ang pinaka-effective sa akin. Why? Because this diet doesn't deprive me from eating. I can eat whenever I feel hungry. Though I cannot eat anything, syempre ot has to be low carb. So no ako sa rice, pasta, breads, starch. From 69kgs last Aug. 19, 63kgs last Sept. 10. Hindi pa ako nakakapag-scale recently but happy ako with the non-scale achievements. Dati hindi makapagsuot ng maong dahil sa belly fat ngaun keri na size 27 pa kasya na.

I'm a vegetarian for almost four years na. Occasionally (3x a month) I had egg, cheese, and seafood. For me it's not a diet but a lifestyle. Since I stop eating junk food, my severe acne was gone and my skin is not that oily anymore. When it comes to my weight nag gain ako ng two kilos which I need.

1.5mos ago i tried after 6pm diet and took 5 boxes of garcinia powder something. So from 63kg, 59kg nln ngaun and im targetting 55kg :) I take big breakfast like 1 cup of brown rice, veggies, tokwa. Then sa lunch, 1 fruit juice and 1 pakwan.

I decided on my own meal plan.

Breakfast: 2 boiled saging na saba/kamote, 1 boiled egg and 1 pear
Lunch at work: water, more water
Dinner: 5 pcs okra and kamote tops, i top this with whatever our ulam is

No soda, yung sweets ko is one polvoron  from Goldilocks twice a week. i also drink 2 tbs of ACV  (1 tbsp before going to bed and one after waking up) and 2 tbsp of VCO (anytime during the day) to help with regular bowel movement. im a working mom and i dont exercise. but this seems to be working well for me.

Healthy:
Hi protein foods
No rice
No sugar
Lemon water in the morning
Food na hindi niluluto (fresh salad, fruits and veggies)

Unhealthy:
Starvation
Diet pills and coffee

Both are effective.

Exercise is a must.

Ang pinaka effective sa kin, yung Master Cleanse, lemon, maple syrup and cayenne.

Tapos, anlake ng ginanda ng skin ko dun. Kaso effort. Kasi nga I use fresh lemons so hassle mag juicer etc, pero super solid.

I started IF nung Friday. I stopped eating at 9pm since around 8pm na ako minsan umuuwi. Though mga 8:30 talaga eh wala na akong kinakain. 16:8 gamit ko. So sa morning nescafe stick lang ako. 1st meal of the day ko is 1pm, but sometimes 12:30 kumakain na ako hehe. Hanggat maaari, no snacking ako.

Also, nagka-calorie counting ako using MyFitnessPal :) I should eat 1,310 calories as per app. So, nung Sunday, sumobra ako ng 200+ calories, na-guilty ako sobra. Uminom ako ng tea before matulog. Then kahapon, naka-consume lang ako ng 800+ calories, when I save my diary dun sa MFP, biglang sabi na hindi daw masi-save kasi below 1000 calories daw ang nakain ko, so, dapat daw kumaen pa ko. Kaso 9:30 na nun kaya dinaya ko nalang para ma-save haha. Nag-add ako ng servings kahit di ko naman talaga nakain. Di ko din akalain na naka 800+ calories lang ako that day, siguro dahil narin na-concious ako bigla sa mga kakainin ko saka mabilis akong mabubusog at medyo matagal na din magutom.

Kapag nagugutom ako, umiinom lang ako ng tubig tapos nawawala naman siya. Currently in my 4th day. Di pa ako nag timbang kasi sira timbangan ko haha. Pero napansin ko today, yung sinturon ko, na-adjust ko ng isang butas :) Saka ang gaan sa pakiramdam :) Sana mapanindigan ko na ?to :)
