Stay away from starchy foods, carbo. eat fruits and veggies, h2o  and lotsa of sexercise..lol just exercise pla ha.ha

sis, you can't stay away from carbs.  carbs (in the form of glucose) are the only fuel for our brain.  besides, carbs can't make you fat, unless na lang siguro pag super dami na.  aside from becoming body fuel, carbs have other uses like storage (in the form of glycogen in liver and muscle), molecular recognition (our antibodies have carb portions that are important for proper recognition and binding), structural, synthesis of DNA and RNA, etc.  sabi ng mga friends kong biochemists, there's only one pathway in which carbs can be turned into fats.  acetyl-CoA pathway daw yun.  hehe.  don't really comprehend what they're trying to explain to me, but i believe them. 

sorry for the out-of-this world explanations.  that's the result of hanging out too much with my biochemist friends.  :)

for me after 6 diet and less rice really works...
and always in moderation kase lahat ng sobra e masama  ;)

high protein, moderate fat, low carbs, low to no rice. yan talaga ang naging effective sakin, kaso di ko na
magawa ngayon yung no rice diet kasi nagugutom talaga ako masakit sa ulo at nanghihina ako. hehe
eto na naman sila, "mas better" , "pinaka the best"

after 6  ako mabilis talaga makapagpa-slim, pero ginagawa ko lang ko pag may events na gusto ko lang pumayat..

iniisp ko nga kung pano papayat in two weeks.. yes two weeks lang kasi mag fit na ulit ako ng wedding gown..

i hope what I'm doing now would help.. oatmeal/ fiber crackers sa umaga at gabi, since nawowork ako hindi pwedeng walang carbs/ rice kasi manghihina naman ako nun while at work.. so sa lunch, wheat bread or rice with veggies lang..

wish me luck! sasabayan ko na rin ng running everyday..

i have been reading and searching online about whats the best diet for me...and i guess i found it...hopefully makaya ko sya....no rice na ako for 2 wks, oatmeal pag lunch, less carbs more protein , fruits and veggies then lemongrass juice..every.breakfast and dinner...pag uminom ako nito wala akong gana  and feeling busog ako lagi...then masarap lagi tulog ko..i had troublesleeping before....medyo matapang nga lang ang amoy pero tolerable naman...ito rin yung iniinom ng mga taga biggest loser eh..mura na effective pa... :D..dito rin nag lose weight ang father ko na uber overweight.... ;D pero syempre with exercise na din yun.....

basta ako, balanced diet pa rin.  there are simply too many delicious things in life to miss.  i guess dieters are among the world's most miserable people because they're missing out on good food and right nutrition.  :)

sis 6 lbs na po sis nabawas sakin....from 142lbs to 136 lbs na po ako....tiis lang talaga ...lahi pa naman namin mga tabain na apple shape kaya ...napapangitan na ako tignan sarili ko sa salamin...ayoko ng makitang yung Boobelya ko na dumidikit sa tyan ko pag nakaupo  :o ;D .....nasasagwaan na ako... :'(

haha onga naman sis.. pero dka pa naman nanganganak? Ako 140 ngayon, ang hirap kasi nag plateau lang dun weight ko kahit diet ako, brown rice And veggies ako now e.. ano mga fruits ma recommend mo? And san nakakabiling lemon grass juice? Haha kasi kailangan ko ng pampawala ng gana na herbal :)

mga sis di ko sure kung magiging effective to sa inyo ha...pero sana makatulong...yung lemongrass  sa tagalog is Tanglad....sa palengke lang ako bumibili ng fresh leaves,10 pesos per 10 stalks...tapos nilalaga ko.....nag google ako about lemongrass and ang dami nyang health benefits....ang sarap nyang inumin after every meal...ngayon naglaga ulit ako tapos...nilagay ko na sa ref .....para lumamig ...then para medyo makaya ko sya inumin nilalagyan ko ng fresh calamansi or lemon para...mas malasa...may pagka strong kasi ang amoy nya......yung father ko highbloob tapos pang biggest lose na din weight nya...nung nagtake sya ng lemongrass ang laki ng weightloss nya..kaya ginaya ko....wala sya side effect sakin...madalas lang ako magwiwi pati bowel ko and pag tulog nag improve din...yung sa father ko nilalagyan nya pa ng ginger mas gusto nya mas matapang eh....sis wala pa ako hehe muka lang may anak dahil sa taba  ;D...

sis  kahit anong fruits knakain ko eh ... :D pero pag lunch oatmeal lang talaga and banana ....gusto ko nga mag try ng high protein diet tapos sabay inom ng lemongrass para mas mabilis pag payat kasi pag nagcarbo ako like rice and wheat bread... feeling ko ang bigat ko na naman

ah naturally prepared pala! so when is the best time to drink this, before or after meal to achieve weight loss? appetite suppressant ba ito? thanks!
