Meron bago ngayon yung Peter Paul brand ng VCO mga 150 php lang.  I use it for moisturizer and to clean make up at night.

i bought the Prosource vco s watsons pharmacy, sm makati nung monday, P204 for 250 ml. meron pa isang brand but i forgot the name, P180 naman, 250 ml din..

i started taking 1 tbsp per day, pansin ko regular na bowel movement ko, everyday na. unlike before, usually 2 days. also started putting small amount on my lashes and eyebrows, nabasa ko kasi mabilis mag grow ang hair when using vco-pero wala pa ako nakikitang significant result. i'll also try putting on my hair, hopefully it will lessen my dandruff and hair fall. andami kong issues sa katawan eh. lol

also bought extra bottle for my labrador, will use it on her skin. sana it will improve her fur..

grabe sulit ang vco sa akin..

 Is it ok to use coconut oil from the market. Yung hindi pa refined. I will use in my hair, face and body.

I'm using coco oil pang face cleanse and I read na best variety daw ay yung centrifuge. May idea ba kayo mga sis Kung along local brands Ang ganito? Centrifuge is the process daw of separating oil from dried flesh without Heat kaya purest form sya.

hi sisses.. been using cold pressed VCO in my hair for quiet sometime now.. so far nabawasan dryness ng hair ko pero il try it with my face as you all vouched na ok sya... i heard cold pressed is better than hot pressed so sana mas ok nga..
