i just bought a 250ml Prosource VCO at Mercury Drugstore. Binili ko siya talaga para sa dog ko kasi eto din ang nagpagaling ng skin problem nya a month ago so bumili ako ng malaking bote para ako rin makagamit. hahaha
im excited to use it on my face, skin and hair. ittry ko rin yang gawing supplement for everyday.
I read somewhere na Jennifer Aniston and Miranda Kerr drink coco oil everyday.

hello gt's... i can testify that it helps/aids indigestion/constipation. my officemate suggested for me to take 2 tablespoon vco and mix it with my drink/coffee. my constipation usually last 4-7 days or worse 10 days and i get so worried and seek doctors advise. they only prescribed fibrosine and water but still doesnt work out. so, i followed my friends advise and took it this morning, fortunately saw the effect this evening. lately, i'm trying to take as much water i can drink to help myself too. i'm so happy with the result and decided i'll continue using it every other day.

ako din, effective ang VCO sa constipation ko. mas effective pa kesa sa mga tulad ng dulcolax or nesvita, etc. 2 tbsp straight tapos 1 glass of water.
sinubukan ko sya sa kape, lasang lasa ko talaga [textspeak!] oil, di ko kinaya. mahilig kasi ako sa coffee kaya gusto ko ninanamnam yung kape.

for the face, i use this to remove makeup. then i wash with my regular facial wash after.

lagi rin ako may vco... ginagamit ko siyang cleanser ala-makeup remover (hindi ako naghihilamos) then sa morning, mosturizer (1-2 drops). so tipid talaga siya. nagtry din ako ng facial products before pero lagi ako nabalik dito, pareho lang naman effect minsan mas effective pa. pwede pa siyang deo, at pang body scrub.

ntry ko din to dati for weight loss, sobrang tagal na. 3 times a day, 1 tbsp + gatas as chaser. effective naman, tsaga lang talaga sa lasa. in 2 weeks dami agad nakapansin. ma try nga uli.

Is the Peter Paul brand available at the sm supermarket? Any other recommended brand for vco? I want to make my own deo and coconut oil is one of the ingredients

okay naman sis? di ba nakakaoily or nakakalaki ng pores or nakakapimple? i use sbo as night moisturizer, i'm pretty happy with it naman but if i can get something better why not. i have 1L (ata) of VCO, bought it from that big grocery store in chinatown and i mainly mix it with my lotion tapos parang baby skin ako the next day. i love it but medyo hassle and i got busy so di na ako nakakapaglotion. so i'm thinking of other uses for the VCO.

^ meron sa watson's sis. mga 150+ ata  yung sa megamall 2 brands meron eh but you have to ask for it kasi parang di siya nakadisplay (i wonder why lol). i chose yung mas mura hehe.
