HELLO! I just wanna share my experience with nose jobs but mine is a non-surgical rhinoplasty or what they also called 5-minute-nose job, or nose filler. okay so let me start with what my nose looked like before, my nose bridge is flat but my nose tip is quiet tall, not pointed but round, i dont know but can you just imagine the nose of The Grinch? lol thats how my nose looks like and i hated it, i also hate it taking my pictures with my face in side view, it just looks horrible.

So Im working as an ofw here in singapore and one time i saw an advertisement from a dermatology clinic that i liked on facebook here in sg, offering a promo on nose fillers and it really catches my attention because of the fact that you dont need to go under the knife! and its only a 5-minute nose job without any downtime. So after that discovery, i contacted them asking lots of queries and i also made my research in google, and after being satisfied with all the research, ive decided to go for it without anymore hesitation.

and yes! wow that was the time of my life that i look different after 30 minutes of nose job( that includes the application of anesthesia lol) the pain was tolerable to zero, the hands of the doctor was so light and everything is just, fast!he just focused on my nose bridge because thats the only problem, after the procedure, i even re applied my make up after they wiped it off for anesthesia application. i looked photogenic in my side view pics and i love it, the next day i went to work with nobody noticing my sneaky transformation except for my one colleague, but i denied it to her haha i really dont care at all. So in the 1st week its was swollen but the doctor said its normal but i didnt experienced any bruise just swelling of the nose bridge, i love the swollen look though than the post 1 week after my nose filler, it dissolved by 20% and the nose filler looked more natural i dont know i still like the swollen look seriously. doctor used the juvederm 1ml but he only injected 0.5ml, the half syringe was re-injected after a month.

And today, marking my 2 months and 1 week post nose filler, it dissolved faster than i thought what they said that it will last up to 6- 12 months. i dont kow why but maybe my body is just flushing it out of my system faster, though its still there but not that dramatic unlike 2 months ago, its just too expensive for me to maintain this vanity, it cost me around 600 sgd. Now, im here to have a thorough research on surgical rhinoplasty because this is my next plan.I want to go for it, and hopefully it will be my first and last rhinoplasty.

Regarding non-surgical nose job, try ninyo pa-botox sa tip and nostrils. It will give you an idea what you’d look like post-tip and alarplasty up to six months. But if it’s a taller bridge you’re after, I’d stay away from fillers, kahit pa derma-approved daw.

Hi girlies!

I have been contemplating about getting my nose tip reduced. Matangos nose ko  but because the tip is medyo malaki pag nakaharap ako it looks wide and nawawala ang bridge mukhang walang bridge at worst naging strong yung facial features ko parang sometimes I feel like super masculine ang dating. Sorry, i am bad in explaining.

how much kaya range if ganon ipapagawa? is there any procedure na non invasive for this?

I had my nose done by dr. eric yapuangco of the icon clinic last june 20. My nose is turning 3 months next week, so far so good. I'm loving my new nose. At times my tip becomes swollen especially if I had prolonged exposure to sunlight or had strenuous workout. For scars minimal scaring on my right alar that can be covered up by light concealer.

Dr. Valerio
Dra. Corazon Collantes Jose - I saw her name popped up a lot and a handful has picked her for their operation. Another surgeon does a part of the operation but she does the trimming of the alar.
Dr. Recasata of Faces and Curves - Dealt with him before - nothing outstanding comes to mind
Dr. Eric of Icon - read several not so good feedback about post op

Any other doctors you can recommend? Any feedback about the aforementioned surgeons?

Anyone know where I can buy Sinecch (Arnica Montana) and Bromelain for lessening post-op swelling and bruising? I am scheduled to undergo rhinoplasty on the 30th. Please pray for me!

I bought mine at healthy options sis. Anyway ask ko lang sainyo had my nose done 2yrs ago with doc eric of icon clinic ganda ng pagkakagawa super natural talaga ang problem ko lang is yung sa side ng nose ko eh may malalaking porse galing sa stitches nya. Ano po kaya ang marerecommend nyo na remedy for this? Ang pangit ko kasi talaga nya sa malapitan ang lalaki ng butas.

^ Same problem tayo, sis. I had alarplasty na in 2009, and until now, hindi talaga fully healed yung keloid ko sa nostrils kapag wala akong makeup. Other doctors recommended steroids, but they told me na dapat nung pagka-alis pa lang daw nung stitches eh pina-dermabrade ko na daw and inalagaan ng Contractubex. Feeling ko hopeless na yung scars ko sa gilid without concealer unless someone here can recommend a skin care solution

^ Sis how many days after surgery bago naging less visible yung maga and stitches? Regarding sa scar, have you tried laser resurfacing? I guess yun yung solution sa mga scars and deep acne scars, maybe you can try that. Ako kasi I'm planning to have Rhinoplasty next year, and yan din winoworry ko. Scars. Pag nagkakasugat kasi ako nag kekeloid talaga, so baka pumanget sa gilid ng nose. Kaya ngayon todo research about solutions sa scars. Tiyaga lang talaga sa mga creams and treatment.

Sis hindi sya natatakpan ng concealer kasi the more I cover it with concealer lalong napaghahalataan ang butas butas sa sides ng nose ko kasi ito lang namumukodtanging butas butas sa face ko hahaha so kung walang make up halata na stitches and kung naka make up naman ang weird lang ang laking pores sa side ng nose ko. Na ask ko si doc eric about dito at sabi nya hindi naman daw halata wag ko lang daw titigan. So far lahat naman ng kakilala ko na may alam nagpagawa ako gandang ganda talaga sila kasi natural na natural daw (except nalang talaga sa pores)

Hi there. Joined this forum because I'm in need of a really good REVISION RHINOPLASTY SURGEON. Si doc eric of icon clinic ang nakakausap ko pa lang and i feel comfortable with him. Kaya lang isa sa major problems ko kaya I need a revision are my scars from alarplasty. Based sa nababasa ko sa nagpagawa kay doc eric is the post op na may scarring. But I'm not sure if sa doctor ba un or sa patient? Kasi baka thick yung skin. So I really want to know if there are cases here na nag undergo ng scar revision after rhinoplasty. Any surgeons that you know who specializes on that area? Thanks!
