If after 10 days tatanggalin na yung stitches, pwede naman na bumalik to normal routine? how about long travel, ok lang?

10 days is too long, scars will form already. Sutures are removed after 3-5 days

Hi! may nag-ooffer daw dto sa province namin pupuntang doctor from manila.. they said hes going to do nose and chin surgery for those who want na taga amin.. buy 1 take 1 daw for 15K.. meaning if dalawang person 15k na raw.. my friend is so interested kaya inalok nya ako.. dalawa raw kami.. eh ako matagal na ring balak itong rhinoplasty.. naghahanap raw ng maraming clients yung doctor para sulit na raw pagpunta nya..
Do you think mga sis there is such thing sa price nya? hindi pa ako nakakaback read dito kaya wala pa masyadong idea.. basta sabi ko sa friend ko "wait muna, ask mo muna name ng doctor na yan, hahanapin ko sa GT kung talagang legit yan or what" hehe! TIA mga sis

Hi sisses! Been wanting to do rhinoplasty for the longest time ... as in longgggg time na. Pero ngayon lang ako nagstart magconsult firat doctor i consulted is Dr. Corazon Collantes-Jose what I like about her is medyo subtle ang diskarte niya sa rhinoplasty which is the kind that I want. This is naoold schoolan ako sa kanya. Any reviews?

In summary, here are the details:


I had mine done in June 2010.

My doctor: Dr. Joseph Amado "Jay" C. Galvez


Procedure: Open rhinoplasty with goretex for a bridge plus alar and tip plasty. He also narrowed down the base by stitching up the area between my nose and upper lip.


Healing period: (as with any surgery) 6 months to 1 year. The swelling goes down after a week or so. That feeling of regret is very normal It's nothing compared to the feeling of satisfaction for the rest of your life


Do I like it? Yes. It's one of the best decisions I've ever made.

my surgeons is doc collantes. in my opinion ha hindi sya old school mas madami pa nga syang new techniques na self discovery nya (she introduced lipo and close rhinoplasty here) mentor sya ng maraming young doctors ngayon google nalang her name some of them are doc galvez and doc alonzo.

doc alonzo sya gumawa ng 1st and 2nd rhino ko pero pangit at tabingi resulta.
yun kay doc galvez naman nireco ko patient ni doc galvez dahil sa sobrang subtle ng alar and rhinoplasty parang wala lang at mas pumangit ang alars kindly backread nalang dito at sa pex.

sa mga napuntahan kong doctors kay doc collantes ako bumilib mother of cosmetic surgeries ba naman at daming awards internationally

15th of the month - operation
?? of the month - removal of sutures (when?)

20th of the month - flight to USA

Kaya ba or hindi advisable?

^5-7 days post-op usually ang suture removal    there will still be swelling up to a week. And I advise that you sleep with a high back rest to keep the swelling down on the face

You just have to find the right doctor with the right credentials.
