All About Rhinoplasty ツ [Thread 12]

hello mga ate. I'm 16 and wants to have rhinoplasty before entering college. My nose has a bump sa upper part okay naman pero yung lower part na di ko na gusto mejo "sarat" na kasi. And it irks me a lot whenever napapansin ko. How much po kaya aabutin? As much as possible i want my nose to look natural.

^ sis chirochan, i hope this wasnt asked already and I hope this wasnt a common question,
but when you described your desired nose sa doctor, did they contradict and want something else?
Like as in flat out, mag.NO sa request mo, then suggest something entirely different from
what you originally wanted?

1st doctor ko consult, sternly umayaw sa request na magpaliit ako ng nose ko. gusto lang
daw niya dagdagin ng implant. then he changed his mind and said, NO, I will not perform surgery.


2nd naman, parang 70% ayaw sa request ko, gusto rin magdagdag ng implant then agreed
to meet me halfway pero umayaw nalang ako dahil sa trust issues haha

Sis minatay91 Baka maganda na ang bridge mo kaya nag dadalwang isip ang mga Dr. Have you tried Dr. Recasata? I heard he's good and all of his clients (base on what I read here and there) are well satisfied.

I'm not a promoter. Newbie lang ako and nag hahanap din ako ng Dr. para mag pa beautify as of know si Dr. Jay ang bet ko.

yes, I've heard so many good things about Dr J kaya lang I've heard issues about scarring
rin. Pero yes Im still considering him since the feedback dito.. sa observation ko, it's pretty much
60% dr jay feedback dito, and 40% sa ibang doctor. kaya lang issue ko kay dr. jay is the price


hehe.. and ever since nakita ko may option pala na may doctor na expert sa cartilage,
whoa even better! and i like the price rin more.. so I'm still weighing the options

I'm not in a rush to get surgery, pero its been on my mind for nearly 6 years.. hehe.
and daming against me getting surgery (in real life).. unlike some sisses dito na blessed
by good moral support

^ si doc alonzo sis d naman nya ko inask what i really want nagsuggest lang sya ano gusto nya mangyari which is okay naman with me yun nga lang after the surgery wala naman bawas alars ko kaya nung revision sabi ko paliitin alars ko eh ayaw nya kasi magmumukhang pilipit kasi maliit nostrils ko. While kay doc collantes okay naman daw yun tangos at dapat ialarplasty ako pero d sobra kasi maliit na nose ko wide lang talaga alars at yun tip not so pointy sinabi sakin kasi maliit buto ng nose ko. Sabi nga sakin ni doc collantes yan na best na magagawa namin and i really can tell kasi almost 6 hours operation =)

minatay na iintindihan kita sis. Everybody have their own opinion, they may see you beautiful enough pero mas nag co-count parin ang self fulfillment para ma keri natin ng bongga bongga ang sarili natin. Kaya at the end of the day decisions parin natin ang masusunod.

Balita ko nga problema kay Dr. Jay ang scarring yun din problema ko kasi peklatin skin ko. Kung dark scars OK lang magagawan pa ng paraan pero kung keloid type mahirap. Ako by October magpapagawa na kakatakot and na kaka-excite. Sana mapaganda ni Doc. ng bonnga at the same time hindi masyadong halata. Lahat kasi against sa decision ko kaya hindi nila alam


chirochan Ang tagal din nun ah, pero ginawa talaga nila best nila and hindi basta basta. Yung iba kong nakikita (not in this forum) parang hindi binagay sa mukha ng patient nag co-contrast yung beauty ng client sa beauty ng nose. San si Dr. Collantes sis? Wait namin update mo sis.

ahh ganun ba sis? matakot kase na ako if hesitant yung doctor to perform what I want then pumayag nalang.. parang ang vibe ko from the doc is "i dont think its right/i dont want to do this pero sige nalang" parang I get trust issues kase if magNO yung doc then magyes and hesitant pa rin parang hindi na ako confident na. grabe its so worth it sis.. sana ako rin patitiyagain ako ng doc ko.. super OC ako kase hehe
basta ending is they want me to have an implant lang and my nose raised to make my alars look less wide, but technically same width pa diba? they compared my case to sunshine cruz's nose. but I dont like her nose LOL

sis update us ha if nagsurgery ka ha? I can feel you talaga na against the world thing sa surgery... But I see where they're coming from naman, what if palpak diba? and yeah, may mga nakita ko na grabe ang meztiizaaa ng nose at hair pero other features, pinay. why oh why x_x

minatay Sure sis as soon as nangyari na update ko kayo. As of now nga nga lang muna ako. Tagal kasi ng October sana nga dahil worried sila kaso hindi. Ok naman na daw kasi nose ko bakit pa ako papaayos. Waste of money and ka artehan lang daw. Haha.. Kaya kakatakot din kung [textspeak!] anung maririnig ko pag nag pagawa ako.

Sinabi mo pa sis meron ding ok ang pagkakagawa pero mukhang ang tigas ng implant. Yung parang halata. Meron din bonnga sa side view pero pagharap hindi proportion kasi bridge lang ang inayos hindi sinama ang alar or tip.

I had my Rhinoplasty done in US, but its still not corrected! It looks slanting still and i wanna get a revision. I do not trust my previous PS and i wanna know whether revision can be done with another doctor. I have been told about a rhinoplasty surgeon in Toronto, and i found many good reviews. Still i wanna know your feedback. Anyone had worked with Dr. Solomon?

Hi everyone! I'm new here sa female network and I found this thread po because I've been researching on good surgeons or clinic for my rhinoplasty plans 

When I Googled po, almost the majority of results na nakita ko is sa Shimmian offering goretex tapos na back read ko hindi po pala advisable yun? I emailed them before to inquire about tip plasty and alar plasty but they sent me a prepared email offering goretex. May pwede po bang magshare ng insights tungkol sa negative effects ng goretex?

Hi pink bunny, silicone and goretex have its own advantages and disadvantages. Goretex promotesbtissuebingrowth, meaning it will not move inside your
body once placed but if u get an infection, it will be hard to remove. More important than the implant, is the surgical technique. A good nasal tip can better be achieved with cartilage remodelling
rather than implants on the tip because foreign bodies extrude at the tip area.

Actually if you'll notice nakailan operation si cristine reyes bago maging ganun kalaki ilong nya. Be aware din na mas malaki at droopy nose nya in person kesa sa t.v. so think twice kung bagay sayo at kung magmumukhang natural =)
possible yan if silicon or goretex dahil pwede yan kahit gano kalaki but search mo din mga complications

^^ yun nose ko sis d lang kasing haba ng tip nya pero maliit nose ko. Medyo mahirap lang icompare kasi malayo at nakaside view hehe. Yun scars sis minimal at pink na hindi dark. Pinalike ko is columella ko kitang kita na =)

ng konting height + definition. How did you request your tip pala? is it droopy, or slightly
raised, ski jump nose..
