I really recommend dr yap.  He used to train a group of ENTs on rhinoplasty.

Sis chirochan, thanks for sending your pic. I love your alars! Yong before pic mo ganun yong alars ko, and pag tumatawa ako bumubuka talaga siya kainis. Mabawasan lang siguro alars ko masaya na ako. I asked Doc Jay if it's possible to just have my alars and tip done, di daw pwede sa nose ko it would look unnatural.  Which is totoo naman given I have very low and wide bridge.

Baka talaga this december pagawa ko na, pero baka silicone muna. Ask ko kay Doc Collantes if it's possible to reduce my nasal bone too, it makes my face looks masculine.

But again, congrats sa new nose ang ganda and looks natural!

sis pasensya na I wasn't able to see your post. For me sis feelingera lang talaga ako but I love "Angelababy" and Song He Kyo's nose grabeee super ganda si angelababy nakatomboy sa akin I guess it's generally a small button nose na mataas?

But I'm pretty realistic with my expectations.. I'd rather not point at an artista and say I want her nose because my first surgeon firmly insisted that I make no comparison. I point at my face then tell the doc what I want done and how I expect to look.

so natural and the noseline doesnt bother me rin kayo na ni sis fortunecat ang naginspire

share ko lang rin, noon my 2nd "doc" for consultation keeps discouraging me from getting alarplasty
when it makes no sense kase MY main concern is the width of my nose talaga. sabi niya
gawin niya like Sunshine cruzz daw na dagdagin lang ng height para hindi halata na wide pero
NO-NO talaga ako. and i do noooooot like her nose. zzz pretty eyes though

I have a workmate na for me, fake yung ilong niya. From the side, her nose looks so pretty
and tall. But up front, the implant looks like its bulging sa columnella. Its so distracting.
And her alar creases are so red and well.. na.discourage ako x_x

sis in time in time. I know for sure na I will undergo, sana I'd be happy with the new nose and
I'll never think of getting revision afterwards. Everytime I look into the mirror, I always think
of it swerte mo naman sis, and I think combo sa genes and tiyaga mo sa contractubex.

napaisip tuloy ako, sometimes kasi i imagine kung bagay ba sa akin ang slightly droopy tip ba yon or columnella (idk kung what part ang droopy), like yung kay CR pero not that grabe naman.

^ nice and pretty. same here I dont know what kind of tip I like. But I think mas feel ko ang
pointing straight lang (if droopy nose is lets say -10 degrees, upward nose is 10 degrees
and just pointing straight is 0 degrees)

it'a only visible up front. I really hate it and natatakot. I feel like nalaglag implant niya and its falling down
slowly. hehe thats why takot ako magimplant because I know it's not a forever thing hehe

Grabe yung friend nang mama ko nagpagawa na! sabi nya sabay kame hindi na nakapaghintay 
Kaso hindi siya kay Doc jay dun sya instituto something something dyan sa manila. Kasi mura daw 45k goretex trimming at ano pa nga yun isa... I dont like. I dont want to settle for less nakakatakot. Mas okay na yung mahal at sure ka.

Wait ano magandang scar cream for the nose? bibigyan ka ba ni doc jay? Im a smoker din kasi nako nakakatakot, kasi diba pagsmoker mabagal ang healing process at may tendency na umitim. And what do you think of arbutin ba un? o argan oil na ilalagay sa nose may nabasa kasi ako before sa dateng forum na nilagyan nya nun at vitamin c tapos panay pineapple juice iniinom nya... Hay..... Nakakainggit na, parang gusto ko na na ewan...

may tanong ako..kapag ba gusto ko ng droopy nose, ano usually ginagawa? tinatabas ba yung lower part ng alars o ineextend yung collumela? if ineextend, nilalagyan ba ng implant?

amethyst028, thanks sis! but don't worry pinag uusapan lang namin ni sis minatay91 mga iba't ibang nose tips and alar, and bridge 'styles' na napapansin namin - maganda or panget, bagay or di bagay. DOESN'T MEAN na ipapagaya namin yon. lols.

Mga sis be careful sa pagpapaextend ng columella ha gaya ng shinare ko dati na magcocollapse yun columella nya dahil inextend, wala ng pamalit dyan, kahit sabihin ng surgeon nyo di yun mangyayari magtanong pa din kayo ng solution just in case mangyari, dahil sa ganitong bagay walang 100% assurance
