Was there for a wedding. Ang ganda ng weather!

Local - Ilocos, super fulfilling, since its my first time to go solo ng malayo
Int'l - Japan. Bitin kasi one week lang. Autumn season, best kasi very colorful and super lamig na.

11 - 13 Bohol


We tried Crown Regency's Sky Edge and skywalk (ang mahal sayang pera ko!), super enjoy with my Larsian Experience, and was surprised their Lechon wasn't super sarap at all... tried CNT and Zubuchon but still dissatisfied.

I was amazed with Bantayan Island and Virgin Island - tried to snorkel for the 1st time, but the corals weren't that colorful..

and then there was Bohol. Bohol is beautiful. We went on a tour and saw Hinagdanan cave, Mag-aso Falls, saw a few tarsiers, butterflies, chocolate hills and the Baclayon Church - which gave me the creeps because it looked very beautifu, the Loboc river cruise was nice also.

We were able to frolic under the sun in the beaches of Dumaluan, Panglao and Alona... Had a super nice vacation

Local: CamSur for the AdCongress. Winner yung laing and bicol express! i also realized a new "lifesaver" dahil sa dami ng networking opportunities (clients, suppliers, colleagues, etc) - get a small container from beabi and fill it with oracare; nothing worse than meeting would be business partners with bad breath (especially since I'm female!)

International: China on a student exchange program last year (I vowed not to travel abroad this year to save funds and focus on career / business)

Just got back from our pre-wedding anniversary and Christmas shopping trip in Hong Kong. Weather was just perfect! Cool in the early mornings and night but sunny and slightly warm during the noon time.

We stayed at our favorite hotel, The Mira. As usual hubby and I had a great stay at this hotel. Kung pwede lang di na kami lalabas sa kwarto.    When I made my reservations at the hotel, I told them that hubby and I will be celebrating our wedding anniversary and requested to be upgraded from a City View Club room to a Park View Club room. They said they'll take note of my request and to check when we arrive at the hotel. Upon arrival we were informed that since it was our anniversary they have upgraded us and they even gave us a late check-out time of 3PM. If that wasn't enough they even gave us complimentary champagne and strawberries to make our stay extra special. That's what I call great service!

The Mira will definitely be our hotel of choice in Hong Kong!

kakauwi ko lang galing cdo. super bitin kasi kailangan kong umuwi at mamaya pupunta rin ako ng bacolod for a seminar. sayang at di ako makakapagdahilyan at rafting. pero masaya pa rin naman kahit bitin. nakapunta kaming maria christina falls at tinago falls. nagzipline at caving din kami sa lasang.

Just got back yesterday from a 9-day Indochina trip. We went to Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand. Super tiring but very much worth it!

Boracay- Dec. 2-4, 2012 with girlfriends.

Hubby and I went to the British Virgin Islands last 3-5 December.  Maganda ang BVI, parang mga provinces natin.  The only difference is mabilis ang kanilang wifi internet - AS IN!  Ultimong yung international airport nila eh maliit lang at meron pang mga manok at minsan daw kambing na nasa tabi ng tarmac nila eh.  The airport reminded of the old MIA domestic airport.  Tapos yung klima, pareho din sa atin at laidback ang buhay ng mga tao doon.  Magaganda din ang mga beaches nila.  Walang tax ang kanilang mga bilihin pero mas mahal pa rin lalabas kasi lahat ito ay imported pa from the US VI.  There are no five star hotels in BVI, parang lahat eh bed and breakfast lang pero we enjoyed the hotel where we stayed.  Magkahiwalay ang bayad sa accommodation at restaurant so yung accommodations eh hindi kasama doon ang breakfast.

kakauwi ko lang galing corregidor. im happy kasi mura lang iyong day tour trip ko c/o pakyaw tapos nanalo pa ako ng manila bay dinner cruise sa raffle nung pauwi na. sayang lang di masyadong ok ang panahon parang ang sarap mag-hdr sa mga ruins.

Hongkong, 2 weeks ago...  Had time to reflect on things as well as unwind with hubby.  Trip was sooooo relaxing and gave us time to enjoy each other....  Next destination?  Boracay! :-)

december 27-29 : subic

it was our wedding anniversary and we decided to go back to the place where we got married 8 years ago -- the subic bay yacht club. we stayed there for two nights. a little disappointed because the place isn't as nice as before. parang hindi na-maintain ng maayos. the room we stayed in definitely needs some repainting and repairs. even the swimming pool isn't as nice anymore. sayang naman. but our daughter still had lots of fun.
