to gibberish.: it depends on the studio Some studios have free mats already, some have mats for rent. Where do you plan to go? Better call the studio nalang to make sure.
Hi girls. i'm choosing which among bikram yoga, boxing and crossfit ang itry ko for weight loss, toning, and overall wellness. Any advice?
I think each kind of exercises you mentioned offers different outcomes like bikram which I tried,I liked it so much because you get to sweat a lot and it also helps you to maintain your balance andalso tests the stamina as well as strength doing different poses twice. I miss this. :/ However, Boxing namanfocuses on strength also to tone biceps, triceps. Crossfit on the other hand, never tried but dying to,from what I've been reading is for overall toning and conditioning of the body. It think its the hardestamong the three because you need to repeat as fast as you can the exercises within a short period of time.Nakakapagod lang talaga.Parang dinescribed ko lang naman each. haha Well, I liked the Bikram the most kasi I'm slow. I meanayoko ng masyadong fast paced exercises. Hindi masyadong stressed at the same time nag loloseng weight. Yung plana forma, naiiwan ako. haha pero enjoy sya gawin.
Okay ba yung Surya Fitness Yoga sa Makati?
sis try natin yung deal? wala ako kasama eh
