^Yan din ang comment saken before ng yoga trainer sa Fitness First. She was surprised to see how flexible I was pero sabe nya I needed to develop my core muscles in order to achieve balance. Now that I work out everyday, my core has gotten stronger and thus my balance has improved so much pero hinde pa din kagaya ng iba na they can do king dancer pose for longer periods of time na hinde nagshshake.

I really want to try Bikram Yoga either in Makati and Timog (since different owners na sila) this Saturday. But unfortunately i had this unusual chest pain and went to hospital last Tuesday. ECG was ok though my heartbeat was a bit higher that usual. I was given a pain reliver, the doctor was suspecting it was due to joint arthritis and I was encouraged to do exercise. I still feel that heaviness on my chest though relatively better. I really want to pursue Yoga tomorrow, i'm just wondering if it is ok. For those who have tried Bikram Yoga, would like to know you POV please. Thank you so much.  :)

^ Sa GG ako nag-attend. I thought yan na yung cool down ko. I did body combat and definitions before yoga. But when I did yoga, grabe lang ang struggle. Naligo ako sa pawis since I'm not flexible at all. Haha

nearly the same since both employs the use of a heater to warm the studio to a certain temperature but in bikram, it shld be hotter. And bikram confines its practice to the execution of 26p poses for the entirety of the class thus you hold the poses longer.  I find it better though if you aim to heighten your level of flexibility since the heat somwhat aids with lengthening the muscles.

^buti pwede pa pala magswitch ng branch kahit different owners na? I'll inquire nga rin about that. Yan rin kasi dilemma ko eh. Weekday mas convenient ang makati for me tapos weekends naman sa qc. Thanks sis.

Is this at Bikram Yoga? Meron kasi sila dito sa Eastwood and i prefer it here since walking distance lang sa office. Hindi kasi ako makadaan sa kanila kasi super busy ako. Thanks sa reply. :)

Mga sis, I checked Bikram Yoga's website,

http://www.bikramyogaeastwood.com/

I signed up with them and I saw a linik parang Unlimited Pass for $0. So, ni-try ko. Today, when I checked mi email, merong confirmation . Parang Free Unlimited Pass valid until March 28, 2013.

Wala lang share ko lang. Kasi I got excited talaga after I read that email. Will check with them later after shift. :D

Update ko kayo kung true ito or not.

Hi sisses, I formally attended a yoga class after 4.5yrs of doing it in the confines of our house. It was fun being in a group and having an instuctor to correct your alignment. I attended in Ananda Marga in QC. But I'll try the heated yoga studio in QC tomorrow. Eastwood is far saka the travel going there will add stress so I opted for studios in Sikatuna & Teachers Village.

Yoga aside from helping me tone my muscles and strengthen my core it made me happy and calm. Nakaka addict siyang gawin that's why I decided to enrol.

^Hello sis! I attended the advance and beginners. Depends on the time & day I'll attend. Tomorrow morning I'll go. Have you tried Yoga Studio in Matahimik St? They have a promo till March 15. 500/6 sessions & 900/12 sessions. Heated room is their facility. Simple like Ananda too. Smaller lang the studio. PM me so we can attend the same slot.:)
