^ Got me a hard copy, thanks for working on and sharing this invaluable guide.

does anyone know where I could find a yoga mat carrying strap? Im thinking of getting a bag but i realized it would be easier to tote the mat using such implement. Besides, I couldnt find an appropriate bag that's sold separately. more often than not, it comes with buying the mat.

^^ Thanks sis for the lead. I have already called the shop, 750 is the cheapest mat harness.

^ I suggest for you to not commit yourself immediately as having the kind of mindset of being tied to an activity purported and intended to be done on a periodic basis will dampen your enthusiasm to try even just one class because of the potential conflict with your sched. Instead, just set your mind on attending a single class and it need not be Bikram to start with to determine if its worth retaining for a balanced existence.

It normally lasts for 75 minutes anyway so just find the most convenient place or studio where you could give it a stab and then decide from there. I strongly insist you try Bikram AFTER you've sustained the interest to pursue the yogic practice by attending other beginner and intermediate classes first coz by then you;re well acquainted, oriented to a variety of poses and breathing techniques. That should very well aid you in keeping up with and com in through to the first Bikram class enough to make you vie for the 1 week or even the 1 month challenge.

Sisters, what yoga studio within Makati is best for beginners like me? Should I buy na a mat or would they provide for it first? I live in Salcedo Village so I am aware of Bikram Yoga's studio at Valero. Just a little cautious on the level of support and how welcoming they can be to someone like me who has never tried yoga ever. I aim to lose weight by the way. Should I stick to specific yoga class/program and what do you recommend that has worked for you to lose weight?

Thanks so much in advance! =)

Wanted to try Yoga in Bikram, Alabang. Although I can afford, I just find the price a bit stiff.
Maybe if I try it out, I might just find it reasonable. Lets see.
