Me and my bf have st peter na. Kinuha namin yung lowest na may money back guarantee kapag hindi nagamit in 15 years. I'm planning to get 2 more plans pa for my parents. Getting it doesn't mean naman na you want them to die na. Everyone will die naman eventually. It's a matter of when lang so kahit wala pa kami masyado savings, kumuha na kami. Transferable naman kahit kanino so ok lang.

Aside from St. Peter, I've noticed that most of the companies
mentioned here do not have a 2015 license to operate

Ako sis sa Cavite ako kumuha sa Manila Memorial kase nga ang laki ng price difference compared sa Paranaque tapos baka naman sa liblib na ang makuha ko kase matagal na din yun madami na din nakalibing.  Nung una hesitant talaga ako kase now taga Cavite na kame but for the longest time sa Las Piñas kami nag stay inisip ko paano if wag naman at may funeral na baka wala magpunta kasi malayo.  Pero sabi nga ng kaibigan ko minsan lang ililibing ang tao hindi naman siguro ganun kalaking abala kung sa Dasma sila makikipag libing.  Kaya ayun naisip ko oo nga naman kaya I asked my uncle na who's also an agent of Manila Memorial pikit mata kumuha agad ako 4 lawn lots for my family.

I bought 2 lawn lots in Forest Lake sa Binan. Will get the title next month (they said it will be available a month after full payment). Anybody else here who purchased in Forest Lake?

I'm planning to get a memorial plan probably in St Peter. Worry ko lang is kung ok ba ang affiliate funeraria nila within the area.

Hello everyone, Im a newbie here but I am fond of reading this forum. I am also an investment enthusiast, may I just share my insights hehe. I read it quoted by financial expert, Mr. Colayco that it is not an investment if you plan to use such an investment or property, for example you bought a lot and built a house for the main reason of living in that house, its no longer an investment because you are using it, but if you intend to resell that property and you will gain profit from it, that makes it an investment. But it also a good choice that you first secure a property of your own to have a place to live in__ it is called personal possession, not an investment.

I think it is better to invest on memorial lots and columbary vaults than securing first a memorial plan. You can buy a plan anytime in installment basis or cash. Unlike with lots, I choose resale lots bec its cheaper than the company price. Its also the lots bought buy previous owners in 1960s 1970s so I am assured of the best premium location. I buy lots at Manila Memorial park Holy Cross QC and Dasma lots. For dasma i buy lots bought in 1990s when it was first opened, its all resale. I cant afford the MMPor company price hehe. I personally want to have investments that will grow its value overtime, even better if I sell it now I will have earnings because I bought it a resale and I only mark up a little actually I do sell most of my investments immediately. Choosing a lawn lot's location for investment and company's stability and reputation are my primary consideration. I eye for a good location, it is a prime location if it is near its entrance gate. I research for the company's track record because I dont want my investment, hard earned money to go into nothing after a few or long years. I also bought columbary vaults at araneta avenue and QC. I would rather have investments like these than to investment on gadgets that will easily depreciate.

ito ang goal ko for this year...either lot muna or sa St Peter. kasi mahirap na mabigla na may namatay tapos mahihilo ka pa kung saan hahanap...sa St. Peter lowest nila ay P 625 per month, nakakatuwa kasi afford ng mga taong katulad ko na di malaki sahod...

hi ladies! i recommend to get memorial plan. i always say this testimony of how this memorial plan helped our family when my lola died. wala na kaming inintindi na bayarin pati yung mga documents ng lola ko sila nag asikaso.

my lola died 2 years ago, may st. peter din siya and fully paid na. mga sis sobrang laki ng tulong ng may plan, i remember nirerevive yung lola ko sa hospital, my mom approached me and gave my lola's memorial plan documents sa sakin. i dont know what to do, wala na rin sa sarili ang mom ko even her siblings. i just called st. peter para maavail ko na ang service nila, from the hospital to the cementery ang service nila. sobrang na-appreciate ko ang memorial plan dahil ang laking tulong nila, sila lahat nag aasikaso. sounds creepy but I recommend na kumuha na kayo for the future. maganda na yung pinaghahandaan

Mga sis any idea hm na lots sa Manila Memorial Park Sucat? Actually meron na kming lote dun good for more than 10 persons ata kaso kokonti na lang slots kasi nandun na mga lolo, lola at daddy ko baka pag tumanda nako puno na yun.

when my dad died, we had to buy on the spot kasi napahiram namin yung sa plan namin sa kamag-anak. this was in 2007 and the lot cost us 150k
