Memorial Plans Investment

Hi sisses,

I was looking for thread related to funeral services but i didn't find any.  Medyo morbid for some but I always believe na mas tipid kung mas maaga mag iinvest sa mga ganitong services plus transferable naman.

I need your recommendations which among the existing insurance companies still provides this kind of service? Will you try to invest for one?  Dati kasi ang alam ko Prudential. Sobra kasing laki ng price difference pag binili on the spot unlike when you get it earlier. My parents get one for themselves when we're young just to enusre na hindi namin iisipin ito in time.

when a close relative died, I realized how important it is to have this kind of investment... the family of that relative does not have any memorial plans or memorial lot. i just learned the service they got from that funeral parlor is amounting to P200k!!! my golly! ganun na ba talaga kamahal mamatay? not to mention the expenses incurred during hospitalization of the person who died.

almost 6 years ago, after my husband and I got married. we availed this type of investment from our close family friend, I got 2 memorial services, each worth P64k, tapos na naming bayaran... and got 4 memorial lots (1 more year to pay). the memorial lots, I want to sell it out, pero i-se-save namin yung 1 lot for my inlaws.

i just can't imagine how hard it is for the family to think about where are they going to bury they love one... and considering AT NEED ang situation na ito, mahal talaga ang plans na makukuha mo na, so I guess its worth investing on this type of service as well, hindi karamihan nakakaisip mag-avail ng ganitong klaseng investment kasi iniisip ng iba morbid, but that's the reality, lahat tayo, mag-a-avail ng ganitong klaseng service in due time.

i got memorial services from Provident plans and the lots I got from Manila Memorial Dasma, both 5 years to pay ko binayaran.

share your plans naman mga sis and how much.

i also wanted to have one since doon talaga ang punta nang bawat isa sa atin sa mundo. kaso i have yet to search which one best suits my needs

^sis yung nakuha ko sa Provident Plans, P1,340 ang monthly ko dun, natapos ko bayaran wala pang 4years, pwede sya gamitin sa mga accredited Memorial Chapels like Trinity (Pque), Paz, Manila Memorial etc.... eto yung service ah, iba pa kasi ang memorial lot sa service.

we got ours from Pacific Plans, which is now APEC plans.
two years back, we also got one from sanctuarium.

if you're interested with sanctuarium, i can help you.
if you want APEC, i super highly recommend my agents.
maski in the middle of the night, namatayan ang client, she really goes to your rescue.
to be honest, hindi ko kaya ginagawa nya. im too emotional. LOL. baka iyak na client ko, hagulgul rin ako.

we also have sanctuarium, which we got more recently.

hi! my brod in law kinunan mga brod and sis nya ng St. John, worth 100k sa St. Peter Plan. 5 yrs to pay siya and on 16th year na di pa nagamit ang plan, ibabalik nila [textspeak!] annual pay mo. It really an investment, its transferrable din..for more info about this, kindly pm me.

I vouch for St. Peter Plan, lolo at lola ko when they died...walang hassle.

Good investment. Actually, after the wedding, ito ang isa sa sisimulan naming hulugan.

im planning to start this year.  nakita ko kase how nag ambagan mga in laws ko nung namatay mother nila
and yet ang hirap kase turuan sino magbibigay ng malake.

This is also one of my future plans na bilhin. maganda din dahil transferrable naman. pwedeng magamit kung sino ang mauuna.  But i find it pa na marami pa kaming kinakailangang unahin kaysa dito.

before agent ako ng prudential i bought 4 ng kylangan ko ng money i sold 3, my 1 pa
natira para sakin.

then un s lot i purchased sa manila memorial park sa holy cross.

four years ago i bought a columbary vault at Shrine St. Therese of the Child Jesus and columbarium. The vault room is airconditioned and the actual vault can contain up to 4 urns.

mukhang ok yung offer ng heritage na mga plan kaso st.peter yung madaming mortuaries.

^ ay alam mo bilib ako sa st. peter, ganda ng services nila. Medyo ok din funeral plans nila. meron ako before prudential, may return of premium pa. I don't know kung meron pa yan ngayon.

hi mg SIS, asko ko lang when you purchase ba memorial plan from st peters kasam na ba doon ang lot na paglilibingan mo?clueless kasi ako. i visited their website, wala naman nakalagay. clueless talaga!

^hindi pa sis kasama, as in memorial services lang, according sa GT agent na nag-email sa akin ng proposal nila.

I think it's better to invest first in memorial lots than the memorial service. Best if you get both.

health.gal - oo nga eh. meaning hiwalay pa talaga ang lot. sa heritage park me package na pero grabee naman, pinaka murang lot is almost 100k din. mas malapit kasi dito.
