My daughter's 4th birthday is next month and her theme is Lalaloopsy sobrang like kasi niya, we've been collecting the dolls since last year, right now she has about 19 dolls kaya we're using them for table centerpieces then balloons, bought doll stands sa Amazon too para steady lang sila...we'll be using them for her cake table as well

I'm glad na nakakita rin ako ng website na officially licensed ng Lalaloopsy product where I can make a personalized banner and invitations

Sa party favors naman I got some beach pails then lalagyan na lang ng small toys and snacks, got the pails from Target for a dollar

for the adults we're giving them mini gumball machine kami na lang maglalagay ng ribbon and magprint ng favor tags...pag naubos yung gum they can always fill it with their fave candies.

Wala kaming program for the kids since we will only have about 10 kids then mostly adults na but we'll be having a photobooth para kahit papano meron pa rin something to do, we booked a function room sa isang restaurant big enough for our 60 guests and family lang yun so it's going to be like a reunion na din kasi kakabalik lang namin dito sa US from a 3 year stay in Japan

baka meron maka-recognize kung ano klaseng material ginamit para ibalot ito:

meron na kase ako styro cutouts na letters, balak ko sana i-paint ng silver kaso wala silver na styro paint. pag wala talaga, baka cover ko na lang ng silver glitters.

shobe, string yung ginamit to cover the letter. Baka you can use the same string used for gantsilyo or you can get baker's twine (check paper chic studio in FB).

Hi sis! I think I saw something like that at the scrapbook section of National Bookstore. I forgot what they call it pero parang paper twine nga. I used the same material for my son's banner. Feeling ko ok din siya to wrap the styro letters.

As for the paint, ok din kahit poster paint gamitin. Wala din kasi ako makitang styro paint noon for my son's party kaya I used poster paint na lang. Happy naman ako with the result.

Hello po mga sis, ask ko lang baka may nakagawa na sa inyo ng DIY na standee? Gusto ko kasi sanang gawan ang anak ko, isip ko magpaprint ng tarpauline tapos dikit sa ilustration board at gupitin, yung stand nya sa likod ilustration board din. or pwede ring styro kaya lang di ako marunong magshape ng styro. Advise naman po mga sis sa nakapagtry ng mag-DIY standee. Thanks!

Hi sis! I've never actually made a standee pero when I was planning my son's party, inaral ko siya. Yun nga lang, I didn't have time to do it kaya in the end kumuha na lang ako supplier. Pero based sa inaral ko, what you can do is have your design printed on a tarpauline. Better siguro if masasabihan mo yung gagawa to make an outline para may guide ka later on when you'll cut it. Tapos glue gun mo lang yung tarp sa illustration board or paper box (it's cheaper kasi!) Yung iba kasing nakagawa na ng standee, they prefer na sa board muna i-paste yung tarp kesa direcho agad sa styro kasi mas madali daw i-stretch yung tarp as opposed kung sa styro agad. Tapos cut lang ulit then tsaka na igu-glue gun sa styro.

sismrsamurao how much ang rental mo? per letter ito ano? ganito na din ang balak ko sa party ng mga anak ko.
hindi na ako kukuha ng backdrop styro na mga characters. big letters nalang ng names nila then lanterns at onting decors sa stage.
