sana magkasundo kami ng PC. sumasakit na ulo ko, parang wedding planning rin pala ang pag plan ng 1st birthday! december pa naman, OA at OC lang ako magplan. haha

Chef Jessie resto sana kaso sumasakit ulo ko kung hahanap pako ng separate stylist tapos di pako sure sa food ano masarap. sa PC madami nagsasabi masarap, so problema ko ngayon venue.

^sis, kakafood taste ko lang sa kanila last week. ok naman yung food. hindi ko lang nagustuhan yung pasta nila. fettucini ata yun. masabaw. pero sila pa rin ang kinuha ko for my son's bday in march.

@carmela fe, isa ang hizon's sa pinagpipilian ko dahil accredited sila sa venue. Ano sis ang masarap sa food nila plus ano ang price per head na ok na ang food selection? Thanks

I really want to try Passion Cooks for my baby's baptismal this Feb. Pero P500/pax lang ang kaya ng budget ko. Sa mga nagtry magpacustomize dito sa PC, workable ba yung budget ko? The reception is at 11AM after the 10AM binyagan.

kung Passion Cooks kukunin ko, sa 100guests, pwede ko na kaya isama sa food yung 30kids? ayoko na kasi kumuha sana ng separate package for kids. kakasya na kaya yon?

^ah..sa funhouse ako. di ko na tinikman ang kubiertos. sip lang tinikman ko. dami freebies pag may na-hit ka na certain amount.

kasi plan ko kumuha ng mga food carts pa. mga bata yun naman gusto.

Parang hindi.  Yung pang-100 pang-adults lang talaga.  To be safe, get the kiddie package for kids.  Plated ang kinuha ko dati, may waiter dedicated to serving the plated meals sa kids para hindi sila maiwan ng caregiver or parent kapag kukuha ng food for them.

Re food carts, marami ring adults kumukuha ng food so baka hindi rin makakuha lahat ng bata.

It all depends on your priority.

Pa share naman ng menu from PC, parang like ko yun catfish salad, 3 mushroom pasta, korean beef stew? Yummy ba yun? Anong ok sa chicken, seafood, beef and pork?

^ For our office Christmas party, Red Chef and Events ang caterer.  I loved the food and the styling.   Their chicken liver pate is to die for/ worth having rayuma/gout.   I also liked the pot roast beef and callos.  And the salad had 4 different dressings; I liked the raspberry vinaigrette.

hi sis marose! since fully booked na ang pc sa date ng event ko, i'd like to get na lang red chef but it's been awhile since i had their dishes. aside from the dishes mentioned, what else can you recommend from red chef? can you recommend also other caterers na masarap ang food with maayos na service and styling? it would really help me a lot if you answer my queries... thanks
