Nasa option din namin before yung Bangkok, but then sabi ng mga friends at sis ko more of shopping daw kasi magagawa at hindi daw panghoneymoon. My h2b is not into shopping kasi ako lang mageenjoy nun! haha so naisp ko SG nalang since gusto ko rin siya dalhin dun sa Sentosa, hindi niya pa kasi napupuntahan at the same time 1hr+ lang din travel time from Phuket to SG

^ sis, not as white and fine ang sand. what we loved about the place is it's exclusivity. parang solo kasi namin yung place though may mga occupants sa mga katabing villas hehe.

may free service sila to Jungceylon mall every Thursday. nasa website nila yun details that's how we got to Aleenta sis. hinintay namin yun service sa Jungceylon Mall. morning yung alis nila sa resort, then 3pm pickup.

our itinerary was 2 nights in Bangkok, 2 nights in Patong (at Holiday Inn express which is just within walking distance sa Patong beach), and 1 night at Aleenta. we went to Kata Beach and spent an afternoon at the beach up to dinner. nag-tuktuk lang kami from Patong Beach, THB400 papunta and THB500 pabalik

Aww ang mahal pala ng villa nila baka maghotel room nalang kami para tipid, plan din kasi namin mag korea next year.... I'm choosing to stay either in Kata or Kata Noi para marami din shops/restau around at the same time hindi rin super crowded like Patong.. since matagal pa naman, makakapagresearch pa ko ng bongga hehe thanks sis leelou

^ sis, sa Beachfront Suite lang kami nag-stay. actually 3 suites share the infinity pool and living room with kitchen/dining pero tyempo na wala nakatira sa ibang suites kaya naging solo namin lol! may mga nabasa me kasi blogs na ganun din experience nila kaya ginaya lang namin. parang di naman madalas kasi nao-occupy mga suites kaya mas malamang maging solo nyo talaga

and suggestion lang, always inquire directly sa resort. kasi nung nikontak ko sila, they gave me lower rate than their published rate, but same rate na with Agoda. kaso that time may promo ang BPI, tie up with Agoda na may additional 5% discount so i ended up booking thru Agoda pa rin

We've been to Phuket last January for our honeymoon, and comment ko is super expensive sa Phuket! Ang mahal ng taxi, even the food and pati hotel mahal for its kind. We stayed in kata beach, i thought di masyado crowded pero ganun din crowded din. We had Phi Phi Island tour, Elephant Trekking and we visited big buddha. Actaully ok lang, in my opinion lang parang mas maganda pa beaches natin sa pinas tapos ang mahal pa dito, pero we super love the food lahat masarap.

^hi sis!  we stayed sa sugar marina resort-fashion. Ok ang location nya konting lakad lang kata beach na and marami malapit na restaurants, dun na kami kumuha ng tour marami naman dun along the road lang then canvass canvass may makikita ka mas mura hehe. 1200tb yata yung phi phi island then 800 yung elephant trekking kasama na tour sa big buddha. Actually di kami masyado nag-tour although madami pa ibang tour available mahal kasi and yung iba naman kasi na-experience na namin sa ibang lugar naman, so tamang chill and relax lang kami dun. Nag korea pa kasi kami after kaya nag-tipid kami sa phuket hehe

i agree sis sa part na mas magaganda beach natin sa pinas nakakapagtaka lang, talong-talo pa rin tayo ng Thailand sa dami ng tourists. actually sobrang naaliw ako walking around sa Phuket kahit ang daming tao, all kinds ng tourist nanduon - couples, families, with kids, friends, etc. different nationalities. hindi nakakatakot maglakad kahit late na kasi ang dami mong kasabay.

how much would the massage be around Patong beach?

aside from the fantasea and simon cabaret show which is parang so-so lang, is there any shows we can watch?

will be in phuket around 12noon til 11pm, enough time to get a massage, beach bumming, elephant trekking and shopping? any other recommendations? we're going to phi phi island when our cruise docks in krabi.

we're going to Phuket this Sept with our 8yo daughter.  na-google ko na yung mga resort na nabanggit dito pero wala ako masyado nagustuhan.   any other reco hotel/resort na ok with kids?  yung malapit sana sa beach kasi she'll definitely will want to play in the sand.

^sis, check mo Le Meridien Resort, we stayed there, superrrrr worth it. At ang beach, solo lang ng guests from the hotel mismo, exclusive.

If you guys need a taxi for city tour or airport transfer, i highly recommend Mr. Dol.
Fortuner ang car nya and super not rip off sya, twice namin sya ginamit, tuwing bayaran na mas mura lang sisingilin nya! Superr bait!!!

If may budget, try Tiger Kingdom. It's my kids best experience in phuket daw hehe.

Phi phi islands hopping must be really on your list!

We had 2 stops on our cruise and we chose to spend it in Phuket. The other stop was in Krabi but then we didn't go to town and instead spent it in Phi Phi Island.

In Phuket, we went to Phuket town, the outlet mall, elephant trekking and Tiger Kingdom. Elephant trekking was B900 per person for 30 mins. Tiger Kingdom depends on which tiger you want to interact and take pictures we but for 2 pax, we paid 5k+ to have our pics taken with the smallest and biggest tiger. This was the highlight of our tour We got a driver to drive for us and paid B1000 from the port to the different attractions. We got a cheaper price since we left the ship mga 3pm na since I got sick in the morning.

Our Phi Phi Island tour naman was a package from the cruise. It's more expensive but I guess it was worth it since we got a really nice and big 3 engine speedboat and it was well timed to tailor fit our schedule. We went snorkeling twice, went island hopping, stopped at Maya beach and had lunch at a resort.

This what happened to us :
Took a taxi metered - 100 thai baht to airport
                               + 650 thai baht for metered taxi to our hotel
Supposed to be taxi van para maka mura (180tb), mag aantay nga lang mapuno bago umalis.
Kaso mainipin hubby...buti when I cancelled the taxi van , the lady refunded the amount I paid.
At hotel :
Pina check in na kami 12noon after they gave us cold towel and complimentary drinks (i liked the welcome drinks forgot to ask what kind of drinks it is).

Lunch:
Ate at wai tai restaurant no.6 = 500 thai baht for
2 rice, coconut shake in coconut shell, cold coconut juice in coconut shell, mango salad, chicken and shrimp (2 separate dish)
I think not bad na for the price.

Elephant trekking at kokchang: 2,500 thai baht
50minutes for 1,000 thai baht
Round trip pick up hotel for 400tb
Plus tip
Sa kokchang no big budha, baka sa ibang establishment meron.
Me nag ofer smin ng elephant trekking for 1,400 including round trip hotel pick up
Kaso nakapag pa-book na kmi 
Moral lesson==>> wag na sa internet magpa book ng tour nyo.
Pag dating ng phuket , try to look for tours around in your hotel.
For sure me mura.

Update ko uli what kind of adventure we will have this evening.
