naku wala daw forest fairies na theme si Ivy   pero pwede nya daw i-customize ang existing na safari theme na backdrop nya, what do you think mga sis, okay kaya yun?  Baka it won't look good...

thanks, i just viewed the Safari themed backdrop of Ivy's Gloomballoons page, kung i-customize nya yung safari backdrop nya and put fairy character standees, parang it won't really jive, imo ko lang, hehe

yes, i have inquired with her before, kaya lang her backdrop might not fit doon sa venue ko, laki kasi

Hi there! I'm having a hard time deciding whether i'm getting KK or Spark and twinkle by kathleen dela Merced..
Si KK i love her style coz she makes her events with lots of balloons and Spark and twinkle is stylish..
I want it to be stylish and lots of balloons. I feel hesitant to ask Kathleen to add more balloons she might feel offended by asking her for something that she doesn't normally do.
What do u guys think between the 2?

Hi mga sis....ano po bang magandang brand ng long balloon?Yung nabili ko kasi sa kyla mae...pumutok kagad.nasa twisting pa lang ako...tas bumili din ako ng buenatex,plan ko sana para sa cake arch..sana hindi naman nasiputukan agad sila

sis UCLA--CCP/ACP, I got Kathleen for my eldest son's 1st birthday party 3 yrs ago, and maganda talaga siya gumawa, no doubt about it. I was supposed to get her services for my 2nd son's 1st bday party this end of the month but never heard from her when I started my preps. E I couldn't wait anymore, (that was around April or May, I think) so I had no choice but to get a new supplier. Anyway, Kathleen can work on a budget, so I would still recommend her if you have the patience to wait for an email reply

As fot KK, I inquired with her if she can customize a full styro backdrop for me and what the cost would be (I had to customize since my theme was new and I created my own characters). I got a reply from her that super turned me off. She replied that it would be expensive. But still, I went ahead and asked her to give me a ballpark figure. Never heard from her after that. Maybe it's just me, but nayabangan talaga ako sa sagot niya. Again, this is the impression I got from her email a. I'm not saying na mayabang siya ha.

dati naghahanap din ako ng party planner, since Hi5 and KK ang maganda ang reviews, sila ang unang pinag inquire-an ko, and ewan ko ba kung dahil sa ordinaryong mommy lang ako kaya deadma sila sa akin  or talagang walang silang business ethics when it comes to replying to customers inquiries. sayang ang galing nila if ganyan ang ugali. 

I just hope they will realize soon kung yung pagkakamali, sa huli naman ang pag sisisi eh

@beapat: oo nga din ganun nafi-feel ko ordinaryong mommy din ako kaya siguro ganun si KK sabi nya last June sa akin August daw bibigyan nya ako ng quote pero til now wala pa reply September na. Ayoko din magfollow up sa kanya. SYA mismo nagpopost sa mga clients na e-mail sya for party inquiries pero wala sya reply din naman. May pagkasuplada pa sya. Siguro naisip ko din kung sino nalang una mag reply between kk and Spark yun nalang. Minsan naman may vendor super nice sila pero di nila nakukuha yung gusto ko. Yung gumawa ng damit ko nung kasal ko hindi nya nakuha yung description namen pero super nice sya di ko na din nasabi na di ako happy sa ginawa nya...

She did Kris Aquino's son Ben 10 party at Blue Leaf last April (I think you have the same venue right).Or Bambi Hernandez of Alice's Wonderland, but she's not into balloons tipong etsy type. Hmmm sino pa ba, yay Ace Balloon Lab.

IMO lang naman, hindi porket ordinary mommy ang tingin nila e dededmahin na nila or bigla nalang hindi rereplyan. isa pa, ano basis nila na "ordinary" lang ang isang tao? sa venue ba? kailangan ba e manila hotel or shangrila ang unang banat sa email para replyan nila?

nakakainis yung mga ganyan supplier, aba what if kahit "ordinary" na tao e may pera naman na pinag ipunan diba?
 
sana huwag ganon ang ugali, nakaka TO.. dahil kahit silang mga sikat na ngayon, sa "ordinary" lang din sila nag simula.

masyado akong particular sa ugali ng supplier lalo na kapag big event like this kaya kahit sooobrang sikat at galing ng isang supplier kung may attitude naman, hay nako, id rather settle sa hindi ganon kasikat pero magaling din,mabait pa.

sabagay totoo naman sinasabi mo..madalas sa work ko simple hitsura nagcocommute papasok sa work hindi maganda suot pero sa totoo pala malaki bahay binili cash, naka magarang kotse. Di porke nakikita naten di sila mapora pag regular na nakikita naten ordinary na or wala ng naiipon diba..

Baka naman kasi based on budget sila mag-reply? Kung small fry lang un budget mo at halos wala na sila kikitain, ayaw na nila mag-effort Ang mali ko siguro when I emailed KK is I posted how much budget ko, e usually, and budget na sinasabi ko sa supplier is way lower than my actual budget, para at least may allowance pa ko to adjust. Ayan, kaya siguro di na rin ako pinansin, hahaha. Oh well, it's their loss, not mine!
