Hi Sis! I actually used Youtheory collagen before. I got it sa Glorietta. Nasa around 2k+ sya. But when I looked it up sa website nila, they directed me sa isang website na authorized seller nila. $12.99 lang yung same size. Grabe, ang laki ng difference sa price. But in fairness to this, i like it. Naging soft ang hair ko. Maganda sa skin, tsaka napansin ko na nag soften yung heels/soles ko. Parang baby soft.

I combo it with Steinbach Vit. E with selenium at conzace. They do wonders.

Hi Sis The Lioness, ask ko lang gano tagal effect sayo ng Steinbach Vit. E? I'm looking for a good vitamin E. I consumed 2 bottles of Myra, parang so so lang. Thanks sis!

Hi mimi! Kung mag shift ka ng Vit. E, I suggest you try Steinbach. Nasa 14 php ata yung isa, but it's worth it. I'm not sure lang kasi kung gano katagal ang effect eh since matagal ko na sya tini take. Nakalimutan ko na. But so far, it's the best Vit. E na I've tried.

And sis, I'm also interested sa Youtheory collagen. I called GNC sa Greenbelt5, wala daw sila nun. Meron sila pero ibang brand. San mo nabili Youtheory sis? Hesitant kasi ako mag order online pag galing ibang bansa kasi sabi sakin sa postoffice ko pa sya pipickup-in.

Yung youtheory meron sa snr around 1800 ata. Yung sakin sa cash and carry ko nabili (anselka) around 1200.  Super smooth ng skin kahit mga 2-3 days pa lang umiinom.

Problem ko lately sinisikmura ako. Sa dami ng iniinom ko not sure kung alin dun ang dapat ko itigil.

Sis, when i backread, your dosage for youtheory is twice a day. Is that 1 pill twice a day? or 3 pills twice a day? (the 3 pills twice a day i nabasa ko lang sa net).

Sa packaging ang nakalagay is "take 3 tablets twice a day with or without food."

Sang cash and carry yan sis killbill? grabe din. mahal nung akin.. sa glorietta ko binili yun. meron pang isang health store malapit sa gnc. dun ko sya nabili.

i think yung 6 tabs is oa for me. so ang ginawa ko is 3 caps lang everyday. ok din ang effect nya sakin. tsaka super malalaki ng caps nila. ang hirap din lunukin. sobrang dami ko na din kasi iniinom na supplements kaya binawasan ko yung collagen. but that was like 2 years ago na. wala na kasi akong nakitang ganun after ko maubos yung isang jar. in fairness naman, when i tell people my age, they say i look way younger. hehe. i just like how soft i feel drinking that.
