Done with my CAS(2D) last sat. mas malaki ng almost a week si baby sa scan compare sa gestational age nya but Im happy that the baby is healthy and normal. Thank God.

Done with my CAS sa TMC Marikina, Thank God normal at healthy si baby kahit may gender disappointment ako ng konti hahaha!

3700 yung CAS and urine culture sa TMC.

I'll be having my CAS (2D) sa Taytay Doctors, 1675 php daw and if di magpakita ng gender si baby pede daw i-pelvic ultrasound na lang ako for 550.

Mga mommies, may dapat ba ako gawin preparation for the CAS? Do I need to drink lots of fluids then eat ng matamis para malikot si baby?

same question rin ako sis @tequillaxxii. due ako ng CAS sa Feb 1. ano kayang mga preparation? or kahit wala na. nagwoworry nga din ako e. sana healthy si baby.

 I just had my CAS yesterday, kumain na lang muna ako 15 mins before nun schedule ko.

hello mga sis. wala namang kailangan talaga iprepare though advisable na uminom ng maraming fluids days before the utz para maraming room si baby to move around. mas mahirap kase i-check ang body parts ni baby pag nakasiksik sya.

im so afraid and worried. Type 2 diabetic kasi ako and i only knew about my condition when i was already at 13 weeks. Tapos na magform organs ni baby. i have been holding on to my CAS request for a month now. hubby and i finally decided to have it done on saturday. ang mapilit magpagawa nito ay ang endo doctor ko, my ob reluctantly gave in na bigyan ako ng request. haay i feel so stressed.😣

hello sis @kumiko_san9 - if it will make you feel any better sis, go ahead and pascan ka na. although we are different case, had my CAS yesterday.  i still feel worried before i went to do it kasi nakakapraning din yung mga sakit sakit lalo na sa baby. god bless you sis. hope your baby is healthy.

sis dpmallo thanks. You are right sis talagang better to know than being stressed in not knowing baby's condition.
God is really good. I had my CAS done this morning, sobrang kabado kaming mag asawa. Unang image ni baby ayun nagka-karate moves sya. The perinatologist/sonologist was very quiet kaya half the time sa mukha nya ako nakatingin for clues. Our baby is healthy, were so happy and relieved. Were having another baby boy, what a blessing!

Done with my CAS sa mary divine pasig, medyo dissapointed ng very very light sa gender were having another baby girl pero thank GOD normal and healthy si baby

My OB did not recommend this, paede bang irequest na mismo sa clinic where I would have the ultrasound. Kasi balak ko sanang maaga akong punta hospital and my OB comes in at 12 pa. Anyway, sobrang kinakabahan talaga ako especially that itong pregnancy na ito andami kong stress. Una sa lahat I have a toddler and I travelled a lot within 5 months. So I was not religiously able to take my prenatal vitamins. Minsan sa sobrang busy ko nakakalimutab ko. Haaay. Sana maging ok ang lahat.

^why naman sis your ob discouraged you from getting an CAS? Required yun eh. Mas masaklap nga kung paglabas ng bata saka mo lang malalaman na wala palang butas ang puwit (this actually happened sa newborn ng kapitbahay namin), or kulang/sobra mga dalire or may cleft palate pala sya.. At least kung makita agad sa CAS e mapaghandaan nyo na emotionally and financially kasi gagastos kayo sa operasyon.

required ba talaga na may OB recommendation or merong clinic na nag-a-accept kahit wala? suggestions naman ng clinic na may CAS and price na din within QC. Thanks!

^CAS usually requires a doctor's request. So best if isabay mo na sa last OB visit mo before 20 or 24 weeks so you can have it then.

Just had my CAS at 24 weeks. Very blessed to see that baby is normal and very active!

Medyo nadala ako sa CAS. When I had my eldest, I dont recall na nag pa CAS ako or may nakalimutan ko lang.  but sa 2nd born ko, I had CAS, as per the DR and result, NORMAL and OK DAW. But when I gave birth to her, hindi nakita na may CONGENITAL HEART DEFECT sya. She died after 2 days.

Hi, my OB recommended to us na magundergo ng CAS. Just want to ask if how much currently ang rate ng Medical City for this?

got congenital anomaly scan... ok naman daw ang lahat, behind lang ng 2 weeks ang measurement ni baby. dapat 23 weeks nako, 21 weeks palang si baby. sabi ng tita OB ko, dont worry daw. i havent talk to my OB talaga. di nako mapakali.

^Yung mga previous mo bang ultrasound sis, laging sakto yung size sa gestational age niya? Kasi ako always ng behind 1week. Kaya sabi baka late ovulation lang daw.
