i had my CAS/Doppler/biometry (Php5700) done in Medical City last Thursday, 21wks 1day ako. Very happy that baby is ok. Panatag din dahil mukha namang very credible at alam nung doctor(perinat) ang ginagawa niya, at aside from her (she's the senior perinat) meron pa ding mga 3 doctors na nandun.  At habang chine-check niya isa isa yung mga dapat i-check eh talagang ineexplain niya in laymans term yung result so ok talaga kami sa service nila..na-check ni lahat like fingers/toes, yung heart, kidneys, bones, brain, etc.. yung gender lang ang di masyadong sure.. 90% lang sabi kasi si baby laging magkadikit ang tuhod.. overall, very happy with the way it was done and with the result.. after 4 weeks balik kami for 3D/4D naman

Yes sis... 3500 only with CAS, tas yung 3d4D with DVD pa...  550 nga lang ang abdominal ultrasound sa kanila and 600 ang transV... It is done by an OB-Sono pa rin, not an internist or a nurse... Super dami lang tao

Okay naman yung OB-sono, ine-explain nya yung mga parts na nakikita nya.  Kasi shempre since 2D, di namin masyado gets yung mga image.  Tapos tyaga nya hanapin yung gender ni baby, kasi hindi cooperative si baby nung una, inalog-alog nya pa

Sis, 2D talaga yung CAS. 3D is only to check for any physical anomalies baby might have. But ngayon, more mommy's have it for keeps.

Hi mommies! I just found out today meron palang 3d sa Pampanga Ultrasound. It costs 2,120 CAS na yun meron din silang 2d but if you are going to suggest which one is better 2d or 3d CAS?.

hi sisses, i think for cas, okay lang yung 2d kasi yung purpose naman nya is to check if normal si baby, complete ba yung daliri sa kamay at paa, may cleft palate ba, normal ba sukat ng head & other parts of the body. honestly, nung nagpa-cas ako, wala ako maintindihan visually kasi nga 2d lang. ang nakita ko lang ng maayos ay yung gender ni baby, di mahiyain eh, pinakita nya, hehe. i'm not after pa the 3d/4d that time kasi it's not the best time for the 3d/4d. for cas, 20th-24th week daw pinaka-ok. i'm not sure with the reason pero dahil ata sa di pa ganun kalaman ang baby at madali pa ma-check mga body parts. after three weeks, tsaka ako ngpa-3d/4d kasi week 27 naman daw ang pinaka-ok for that, may laman at fats na kasi yung baby. no detailed report ang 3d/4d, pictures and videos lang.

i prefer 3d na since almost 4 times na akong nagpa 2d peru wala talaga akong magets sa mga features ng baby ko bukod sa toytoy hehe

ako ang gusto ko ma check lang mabuti si baby, kung may anomaly, na nawa naman ay wala sa ating lahat na preggies

kahit hindi na siguro ako mag 3d/4d na makikita lang yung mukha, ang mahal din kase, antayin na lang namin pag labas ni baby

mahal talaga sis imagine dito sa pampanga 2d cas is only 1.310 while 3d cas is 2.120...harhar (gusto ko nga 2d lang kaso we want to see his face clearly sa 3d kase makikita if may cleft lip...tok!tok! which is i know for sure na wala kase okay naman daw face niya accdg. sa OB na nagcheck skanya last month...

Hello ladies, nakaschedule ako ng CAS on oct 5, i'll be 19 weeks and 3 days. question lang po, may nakapag CAS na sa inyo as early as 19 weeks? i have noticed mostly 21-24 weeks. Thank you.

I will have my CAS 2 days from now, am very excited but anxious at the same time. Hubby wants a baby boy but a month ago (16 weeks) the OB-Sono told us that it's 80% girl. ..Though I also want a baby boy but I would consider it as a bonus..What I've been praying is a healthy and normal baby

Thank you sis kasheica: I'll pray for you and your baby basta stay positive during the time na magppCAS nako sobrang kabado talaga but as what other mom said Baby is a blessing from PAPA JESUS so i know he will not mean any harm to our angel. And luckily, everything turns out very fine. And bonus na nnga na we both pray for a baby boy+ with pointed nose,,ahaha. Acccdg sa CAS nasal bone ni baby at 29weeks and 5 days is 0.84cm... (mana kay dada)

Done with my CAS 2 weeks ago, thank God everything is normal pero di ko rin maiwasan na mag-alala na sana accurate nga yun US. Leave everything to God na lang

Hi guys. I'm 22 weeks preggy and first baby ko to. Yung CAS ba kailangan pa ng request ng OB or pwedeng magpa-CAS nako kahit di ko sya iconsult? Kinakabahan kasi ako eh. Nung mga unang bwan na buntis ako baka may mga nainom ako na bawal. hindi ko alam kung naapektuhan ba si baby.

it depends girl. Like for example in my case i had mumps when i was 4 months preggy so my doctor adviced me to have CAS just to check the baby's develop and fortunately everything went well naman when i had it at 29 weeks so in your case if you feel like there's something wrong during 1st tri then your OB should adviced that to you. But if you feel like nothings wrong then no need na, but then again we always want to know if our baby is fine so better request it. May ibang u/s center na need nila ng referal may iba namang hindi..
