hi mommies! Quick browse lang nagawa ko, usapang cc, i dont have my own kasi ayoko. =P 2 lang cc ko supplementary ni husband. Yung mga pinapadala sakin ng ibang cc companies pagkareceive ko, cut ko agad, and shred the papers. Hehe. Re: annual fees and sometimes late finance charges pag mga 2days lang, pinapawaive ko din. Pag ayaw iwaive annual fee, terminate. Mayron lang hindi napawaive ako before sa hsbc yung card replacement fee.. Pero sa BPI nawaive naman, maluwag sila..madali kausap.

Re: BDO cc, thanks for sharing your stories, iniisip isip ko kasi kumuha dun since most of my accounts nasa bdo. Wag na.

re: chinabank..gusto ko mag open ng td itf account dito for the kids.. Better ba yun kesa sa kid' accnt sa metrobank?

i think chinabank has partnership with Manulife.. in the same way na meron si Unionbank kay Insular... mas maganda pa din ba kumuha derecho na sa company instead of thru banks?

i tried making the babyshoe.. madali lang mag DIY.. may template na ma-p-print
so kung mahilig ka sa arts and crafts..marami kang time..kaya mo ito i-DIY, ma customize mo pa.

jai, not sure kung hormonal pa sayo. mine kasi is 4 months post partum.

lia, really? pahingi ng cut out.. kung hindi ako, pwede ko siguro ipagawa. hehe

lisa, mine din naman won't be much of a big party. malamang sa house lang so ang matitipid sa venue, sa party favors and stuff dadalhin. basta my budget most likely is 60K STRETCHED. yours ba? how much sa cpk? besides, yung pack nung bottles is 24 pieces na so lumalabas na 49 cents lang per bottle. not bad di ba?

^uy, thanks lia! ang pagdedesign na lang ng ladybug ang problema. if ganyan ang pamimigay ko na giveaway sa kids, di ko na siguro bibilhin yung bubbles. baka di magkasya eh..

Lia, ang kukyut.. Oorder na sana ako before nyan kasi maganda lalagyan candoes sa mga tables ng kids. Madali lang ba na try mo na? Mahilig ako arts and crafts hahha.. DIY nga yung mga invites ko at printed stuff

Kim, my custom menu at cpk is less than 40k for 60 pax. Then i just need to add cake and some balloon decor and photographer so sana di lumampas ng 50k.

Marose, i called my manulife agent. Buti na din pala kasi i found out i can still claim my maternity benefit under my eves devotion policy. Will meet up with her next week so i can gice the documents. Add ko na din si b as beneficiary. I asked her na din to show my VUL options.

I am also meeting with the sun life agent next week for VUL options.

Yung maxilink one is a new product nga, NAVS daw is now at 1 parang introductory offer. It's MF with an insurance rider. Baliktad. 500k ang minimum, all invested in MF but you get insurance coverage of 25% of your investment. No fees but minimum placement term is 5 years. If you withdraw before the 5 years are up, may penalty. Yun gmga hindi na insurable ok daw dito kasi no medical etc. I was thinking baka pwede my dad and portiom of the money he wants me to keep but age limit is 60. May flexilink one din daw which is similar but 5% fee is deducted outright.

So i'm thinking. Baka pwede yung portion ng money ng dad ko lagay ko sa Maxilink one and portion sa TD na rolling 30 or 60 days. Para din hiwa-hiwalay kasi 500k lang din max pdic coverage. Medyo nabubuhayan ako ng loob.

RE our VULs naman, sana wag na maginarte si hubby at i-go na namin soon bago our next birthdays.

madami ka din makuhang template ng ladybug!
i made lady bug pompoms nung kapanahunan na nag DIY ako..
kasalukuyang meron akong ongoing project na yo-yo blanket na sinimulan ko when G was 4 months old..kamusta naman at mag 2 na yung bata im not even halfway done.. bumili pa ako ng yo-yo makers sa ebay.com noon..

This year, medyo relaxed ako kasi ang motto ko simple and thrifty.

Iba-iba naman ang parties every year, hindi naman big budget every year kagaya this year, sa house lang. Pero iba kasi kapag may plan talaga para yung little details that make a party special, nandoon. Basta, enjoy lang ako sa party planning. Kahit parties ng kids ng friends ko, gusto kong planuhin hahaha.

Jai, ah okay hehe. Akala ko same office kayo ni hubs. Sa Friday din kasi outing nila tapos na-cancel because of Chedeng.

Contingency plan - wala akong maisip; basta ituloy na natin unless super baha na sa paligid (huwag naman sana, knock on wood).
