Wow! Hindi toxic thread natin today.. because it's Sunday?
I just went out to buy vinagre aromatico.. magamit mamaya even with the older ones!

Still bag hunting with the older kids. Jansport, Billabong and DC lang nakikita ko.. and  P3-4k per back pack?!

I tried running with the stroller too.. kahingal talaga! LOL

^ang cute naman! diaper change in the middle of the run. rule of thumb next time, dapat diaper change before the run ;)

i'm sure delikado ang running with stroller that's why they sell those jogging strollers in the states. napatakbo lang ako kasi umiiyak na si J at gustong kumalas na sa stroller eh nasa middle of our walking path exercise pa lang kami kaya napa-jogging/running tuloy ako. i didn't want her to cry and cry.

Jai: chocolate cake.. polly's masarap!

dd and i tried you tube's dangerous chocolate cake.. :P
baka mataas lang ang expectations ko as a critic but i didn't like it at all!

Hi girls!  We had another day out with the kids.  After Mass at Padre Pio, we went to Eastwood.  Had lunch at Sambo Kojin, super busog.  Good deal na for P599/person, kids below 4 ft. at P295.  We've never tried Yakimix so I have nothing to compare it with.  We feasted on the salmon sashimi, plus salmon, shrimp, beef and bacon everywhere for the grill.  Okay din their tempura and always nire-refill.  Great service.  Attentive, polite and efficient ang wait staff, very friendly pa sa kids ko.  The place is very clean.

May pre-school fair sa Eastwood mall.   Kumuha ako ng mga brochures, so for QC moms, I can give the brochures during the EB. ;)

Excited na my kids for Kung Fu Panda.  May puppet show kanina sa Eastwood.  Siempre pa, we had to go to Fully Booked. ;)  Sabi ko, next week we will not be buying books.  Agree naman sila sa deal namin.

And finally, I was able to buy custaroons!  Nag-taste test pa lang ako kanina.  Mamaya na ang verdict.  I love the packaging ha.

I got the bubble bath ng $13 lang ata after discount since regular price nya is $15sgd. Yung hair and body wash ata is $18. Check ko later we're goin to the mall in a bit.

Dra. Gwendolyn wong's PF is 500 lang. :)

Yun nga lang wa parin ipon now dahil sa gastusin w/ my pregnancy and now hospital bills naman. Dbale God will provide.

Normal delivery ako Jai, ayokong ma CS at gudbye ako sa gym life at active life. Ayaw ;D self confesses kiti kiti ako. D ako sanay ng walang sports or d nagggym. Ininduce nga lang ako ng ob ko dito which is wala naman sa birth plan ko. Oh well. An after 4yrs! Yoko na masundan muna maloloka ako magalaga ng babies la kasi kami HH dito. Ako
Lahat gumagawa.

Napacomment cya agad na delikado kung di ok stroller or walang hydraulics like quinny buzz

May LE shirts sila now for kids yung dragon na chinese word nakalagay. Nice sana kaso ayoko alamin presyo:p sa kids and babies lang meron designs. Sa adults naman now meron sila yung fOr Japan hope
Fund ata nila yun. Nice din cya, but as always, ayokong alamin ang presyo at wa pa ako K mag polo polo ngayon dahil sa flabs! >:(

I also like Meg Ryan’s bookstore sa You’ve Got Mail.

How much ang RMK dyan pag sale? As if naman, mahilig ako sa make up kaso tamad ako mag makeup kaya nakatambak lang. pag may okasyon lang ako nagme make up.  Kainggit naman ang lakas ng milk mo

rata – I forgot to answer yes one year lang yung 5.75% pag fixed term for 10 or 15 years yun yung mas mataas nasa 11%

pia – haha! Kakatawa ha hindi ka mukhang ibuburol sa make up sa jesi mendez. Naalala ko tuloy nung nagpa make up ako dati to attend a wedding eh bago pa lang kami ni hubby na bf gf nun so nagpapa impress ako nagpa hair and make up ako. Ayun nagmukha akong ibon!

http://www.summerinfant.com/Products/Bathing/Baby-Bathers/Mother-s-Touch®-Deluxe-Baby-Bather.aspx

tin – ok nag timba! Haha!

lisa -  baka pwede gawin ng sis mo is dagdagan ang BM for twins tapos pagdating nya pump na lang sya pampalit sa frozen BM kesa naman magutom kids parang it defeats the purpose of giving the best for our babies kung nagugutom sila. Pang long term talaga ang MF like 2-5 years. Pero minsan suswertihin ka naman pwedeng kumita ka in one year pag good ang market. Kasi if there is an entrance fee say 2% tapos may exit fee sabihin na nating 2% din kasi you will get it in 1 year at ang return is 20% so kita ka pa din ng 18%. The downside is what if kailanganin ang emergency fund tapos at that time hindi ok ang market?

Kasi that 80k is now 180k  more than 5 years na kasi. But during recession ha back in 2009 the 80k became 50k.

MF -nag invest kami sa Philequity= 43.62%  , FAMI (First Metro= 42.51% tsaka GSIS Fund = 37.35% ang one year return. The first two MF invest their fund sa stocks or equities ang third like GSIS is balanced fund which means na half sa stocks half sa fixed income (mas mababa ang returns but less risk) like Treasury Bills. There was a time kasi na the balanced fund return is the same as the equity fund returns. Ang napansin ko lang during recovery mas mabilis tumaas ang returns ng equity fund than balanced fund. It has been proven na stocks outperform talaga all the other types of investments in terms of returns but these are for those that have time pa on their side and not risk averse. Kasi say if you are a retiree it’s best to invest in fixed income na lower returns and low risk like treasury bills . I think you will get 6%-8% yata. Low returns = low risk. Meron pa nga workbook si Colayco na you can calculate how much you need to invest a month at x % so that by the time you retire the interest from your savings will finance your expenses. So parang you are LOI na or living off on interest. Term nya making the money work for you than working for the money. Passive income vs active income. Active income yung sweldo natin. Passive income are those w/o doing anything kumikita tayo like interest from investments.

Marose: I want to try Sambo Kojin too kaya lang it's hard to do buffet dining with a baby in tow so we will see.. But thanks for the review, at least alam ko ng sulit siya : )
Where's it located in Eastwood?

No wonder Kung Fu Panda is on McDo's shake shake fries (it's back but walang sour cream flavor.. boo!).. there's another movie?

That's good na you can make deals with your boys, Marose :)
Ako din with my kids, ganyan din. Look around lang ha. Next time we will
buy when you're super sure you still want it. Ok naman sila.

Where can you get Custaroons? I've heard so many good reviews (although dapat may sweet tooth ka talaga).

Warning - while you were typing 2 new replies have been posted. You may wish to review your post.

Grace, sulit naman Sambo Kojin.  The waiters are very friendly and attentive to children.

It's at the back of Something Fishy.  There's a big sign naman, you will find it easily.

May custaroons sold at Padre Pio Chapel sa labas.

Lisa – yung PO box ko next week pa daw ipapa ship ilang days na nasa kanila items ko kasi daw may cutoff. Ganun ba yun?kala ko as soon as dumating lahat items eh ship agad.

Grace - eto sis another link http://www.amazon.com/Summer-Infant-Mothers-Comfort-Bather/dp/B000B90G9K

hi mommies!

Jai- sa e.rod branch :) the other one is in new york st.right? Near kids ahoy? :)

marose - ako i've tried both sambokojin and yakimix, sa food choices mas gusto ko yakimix, pati desserts masmadami. Sa taste, so-so lang pareho. But sa service, sobrang mas accomodating staff ng sambokojin, and mas-maluwag and relaxed ang ambiance sa sambokojin, nasisikipan ako sa yakimix. :)

Michelle: sosyal naman paliguan ni baby.. it's so cute! My baby bath sling is Dex Baby and then pinapatong ko lang sa bath. Nowadays, nakaupo lang si J on it. At least hindi siya madudulas.

Hi ladies, I am so back! my golly, ang haba ng BR ko. Ang daming topics  ::)

Oh Marose and Michelle - we didn't hear mass today @ PP, pero we made visit na lang kase I really wanted to line up to personally pray/thank sa statue ni PP. Anyway, we we're there 2PM pero natapos kame 330. Ang haba pa din pila even if tapos na ang 12:15 PM mass. Pero good thing na din kase I was able to drop by the PP office kase till now di ko pa din nakita mg testimonial letter posted. Eh yun pala, nawawala daw ata. I submitted it kase na nakapaloob sa brown envelope (sealed). Pero sabe ng secretary, she will ask Don Ramon muna daw then she will give me a call kung nandun or wala so I can reprint  :( After, I bought some custaroons din (yes marose), the small box only. Sabe ng salesgirl, mix daw...kaso when I opened, parang cheese lahat. Ate 2 pieces on our way to BHS, okay naman lasa.

We went to BHS kanina to check some books sa Fully booked and the pediped shoes sa H&L. Got some books for Y kaso yung pediped hunting ko, failed.

Re BF - I breastfed, 4-5 months no formula ata yun (except first 3 days na pinagbigyan si baby ng mom ko kase nga wala pa ako milk, even if I said di naman kelangan may milk intake na si baby during those 1st 3 days). Then when I reached 5 months going 6 na, medyo mixed na (mostly on weekends pag lumalabas kame) kase I'm so impatient na rin, tapos baby is impatient also. Ay naku! So itong 6th month onwards na, pure formula na si Y. I decided to stop even if at 1st eh gusto ko din ang 1 year cut off. I asked myself if I am happy ba na ginagawa ko yun or napipilitan lang, and I assessed na I'm unhappy and so siguro is my baby. Kaya yun, formula na kame. Mas happy kameng 2 now than before  ;) Please wag niyo akong awayin BF moms ha, yun lang po ay akin lang  :)

Momai - I didn't get to see the pix of your baby but showed it to hubby, and as in naiinis  >:( He showed the pix to my yaya maid! LOL! So mean!   ;D

So my trial payment na 500 is forfeited na. But anyway, okay lang din kase new enrollment for her sa GB 5. Yes! Hello Weng, Luz, Lia, Nesz!  ;)

Re house hunting - we had tripping yesterday and naku medyo di na namin type ang condo. LOL! So ipon ipon pa talaga to get a really nice house.

Van -I can feel your sadness regarding your account not renewing na. May ganyan akong account/program na nahawakan when I was still working in a Call Center. Kawawa mga agents  :( Pero I hope your company will not let go of them but sana ilipat na lang ng ibang account. Kaso sadness pa din ano? Kase you're no longer together.

Meron akong nakakalitong decision ngayon re Party Planning! Seems like ayaw ko na sa Santuario de San Antonio as venue for Y's bday! Ano ba! Ang gulo ko ano? Kase 12-3PM party eh madami people ata dun. Nadidismaya ako. Gusto ko na clubhouse so by then PC will be the caterer (di kase ako 100% go kay Verleo kaya di ako nag d-DP).

Jusmiyo! Ikot dito at ikot dun!  >:(

Re Mustela - ang bango nyan promise! Si Y, lagi pa din mabango, kahit na may 2in1 sya, I still use the shampoo separately. Pero I also want to try BB.

Jai - good thing, okay na si V! Thank God! buti nga you switched your HH.

Hay mommy time muna ulit ako, wala pa yaya maid ko. Every sunday kase ang off kaya nanay mode drama ko! But I love it!  :D

Michelle, i've finished one bottle of SKII na. Parang walang efect sa akin. :( malamang hiyangan.

Ano lasa ng custaroons? Ayoko ng old fashioned macaroons is it similar to that?

Sambokojin is also owned by the Villavicencio's (Triple V group).

Re tattoo: super sakit.

Si dato arroyo ang nag-gift nyan last christmas so pwedeng-pwede pang gift talaga.

Super sarap!

That's one option. Our box left the US may 16, ETA dito end of june pero so far naman, maaga sila dumating.

Some items sa mothercare naka-sale. Bumili ako jeans for b.

Some items sa stride rite up to 65% off, mostly school shoes.
