in fairness yung mga bottles nya since she started mixed feeding and then full formula walang basag ever..

Naku, I remember the time I went to KL on a work-related trip.  One week ako doon at sobra kong na-miss ang kids.  Prior to that, nag-Saigon kami ni hubs for 4 days, okay lang.  Yung pinaka-first time was when I went to Bohol for our firm's planning.  Hindi ako nag-enjoy kasi aside from the fact that I had to pump every now and then, na-miss ko talaga ang mga babies.

Re explorations - naku, okay sakin yan kaso parang aalis na kame dito sa mandaluyong within the year or next year. Yes naman Renting lang kase kame dito sa place namin ngayon and kaya ako busyhan kanina kase inayos ko docs ni hubby for the updating the housing loan application niya sa BPI. We're thinking of the townhouse in Montville in Don Antonio Heights QC or the Condo naman in Magnolia Place in Tandang Sora etnx in QC. Pinag-iisipan namin kase mataas ang DP ng townhouse, and sa condo naman as much as 5% you can move in, eh renting kame dito. So it will be a very good move para di masayang ang pera. And besides, sabe nga ni Maussie...we can always have it rented out naman. So if nag condo now, pwede na big big house soon just like Lisa. Mas okay nga lang ang townhouse kase may lupa pero ang layo na ata, location wise mas okay ang condo in Magnolia Place kase may access na kaagad to Mindanao Ave Link going to Nlex (both North kase kame ni hubz). Naghihintay pa kame ng divine intervention  So pag nagkataon, Y will go to schools in the Katipunan area  Bye Bye Poveda na siguro nun.

Re carrier - Johnny Air din madalas kame, since wala na Johnny Air Pampanga. Samen lahat bumabagsak parcels sent by my MIL. Kame na pick up then bring it na lang sa kamag-anak na may-ari ng parcel.

Jen, mas ma-traffic sa T. Sora Extension than Commonwealth Avenue.  Malapit lang ang Don Antonio Heights.  I like that area.  Lapit iyan sa high school where I studied.  At, may short cut na from Katipunan to Commonwealth via the road going to Celebrity Sports Plaza.  Mas feel ko ang Don Antonio Heights, very residential ang community at maraming little shops around the corner. 

May mga build and sell houses akong nakita dati sa DA noong nagha-house hunting kami.  Nasa 5-6 M circa 2007.

Mukhang maganda ang Magnolia Place lagi kong naririnig iyan.  Pero mas feel ko ang community sa Don Antonio rather than T. Sora Ext.

Kapag sa Poveda si Y, puwede kayong mag-Commonwealth then East Avenue then EDSA, OR Commonwealth then shortcut going to Katipunan then Libis then Ortigas Avenue then kaliwa sa Meralco Avenue.  Medyo masalimuot pero kung maaga aalis ng house, doable.  I have a friend who lives in Vista Real Classica (dito si Gerald Anderson nakatira) sa kabilang side ng Commonwealth (across Don Antonio).  Ang kids niya sa La Salle Greenhills pa nag-aaral so doable naman ang trip.

Marose, some of the food deals are sulit. Like yung degustation nga and antonios and melos. May dezato mochi din nowsa crazy deal. Hanubah. Nasulit ko din yung picture co. Sometimes sa pakyaw may blow up babies.

Nung na-confine si hubby sa asisn hospital nung january, pinasundo ko si b at yaya sa sister ko at fon muna sila nagstay. Then my mom would go to asian to get my expressed milk. Super iyak din ako non kasi super miss ko si b. Tapos binyag na niya non. Hubby was discharged at noon, 4pm ang binyag. Hay. Stressful yon.

Lisa - sure. Mga what time? check ko muna sa Mom ko if makausap nya.  Plus, naptime nung 2 bulinggits between 2-5 haha pano kaya yun?  Maybe Mom ko na lang pasama ko sa inyo? Naku, mas malala pa yun sa sense of direction nya haha.  Unless, i-meet kayo ng contact ng Mom ko, baka kahit sa bahay na lang namin sa DBV. Kasi yun sure na alam ng Mom ko.  Anyway, text text na lang if ever.

Lia - tra-try ko pa lang sana sa kids. Yung no iron? Tapos pag ok, pa try ko kay M (husband) tapos papabili na ako ng marami sa US.  Saan ang vitacost and luckyvutamins? Local or US? Was trying to get sa suppliers sa sulit (pero super overpriced ha, pero trial lang naman) pero wala sialng stock pa nung no iron. San kayo bumibili?

Sa business trips talaga, lagi akong humihindi or nangpapasa. If not, isama ko buong pamilya (at our cost of course). mamamatay ako sa kakaworry if hindi ko sila kasama haha.

Marose - thank you so much! Yan lang ang masasabi ko  Re Montville in Don Antonio, very nice siya pero mataas ang DP, kulang pa ang savings for the house. Need to wait pa siguro kase di ba need pa dyan ng mga new things, mga pagawa cabinets etc etc. Definitely, gusto ko talaga ang townhouse. We'll see if budget permits!  Sa Magnolia Place, we can move in anytime, okay sakin ang terms, may mga pampagawa pa ng anik anik. And, the unit na offer samin is in a single row building na 5 floors lang. So ayos siya di ba? And kahit naman din double row, sobrang umiikot pa din ang hangin. Unlike other condos na suffocated ang dating. Also, kelangan na namin magdecision talaga kase hubby will most likely be moving to another company kaya need na i-avail ang housing loan bago pa siya makalipat. Baka kase later on eh, di na ma-avail kase di ba strict banks na kahit papaano eh tenured na sa company ang borrower, tama ba ako dyan?

Lisa - tumpak ka diyan! sayang na ang rent namin, ayaw ko na magtapon ng pera. LOL!

Jen, lakasan lang talaga ng loob ang pagbili.  Go, go, go.  God will provide.     Pray for guidance.  If it is meant for you, things will fall into place.  Walang hahadlang at mabilis na lang ang mga pangyayari.

And true, mas mabilis umusad ang loan application kapag tenured na ang applicant sa company.  Ang advantage ng Magnolia Place, kilala ang developer kaya madali mong mapa-rent or ibenta kapag nakahanap kayo ng mas malaking space at may budget na.  Wow, sobrang okay ang 5% dp nila to move in ha.

K also sucks two of her fingers a lot ngayon. minsan pinipigil ko pero binabalik niya agad. funny nga two weeks ago nung nagtagaytay kami. umalis ako sandali at naiwan siya sa yaya and family ko. sabi ng sister ko, nung tinanggal daw nila yung two fingers, ang ginawa, binalik at sinubo buong fist. then nung inalis ulit nila, binalik na naman at sinubo ang dalawang fist! ang lakas mang-asar. marunong na din siya mangilala as early as now.
