minsan the processing time depends on the location. may mga cases kasi na hindi available ang judge, etc. you can PM me if you're interested to the lawyer I know (he's currently handling an annulment case too and if time permits, the case will be done within the year).

Hi mga sis,

May alam ba kayo who can help me na makuha ko yung certificate of finality ko?  Lumabas na yung decision and approved yung annulment case ko.  Nung June 2014 pa yun and until now di ko pa nakukuha ang certificate para ma-update din ang NSO records ko. 

Tinatawagan and text ko yung lawyer ko since December 2014 and hindi nagrereply.  Frustrating talaga.    I'm willing to pay kung may kilala kayo.  I hope someone can help me.  Wala kasi ako sa Phils kaya hirap din ako magfollow up. Thanks

Sis, if you know of anyone na located sa Binan siguro. Tapos patanong kumusta na yung kaso mo. Bakit di sumasagot lawyer mo? Ang alam ko kasi kapag may decision na ang judge, 1 month or so lang dapat lumabas na ang certificate of finality.

Yung mga sisses na naghahanap ng lawyers, make sure you do your homework. Basa kayo ng old annulment threads dito and may mga nabiktima na. Ang pagpili ng lawyer is not like a buying a candy sa sari-sari store. Tandaan ninyo na nakasalalay sa lawyer nyo yung case nyo so ayusin nyo ang pagpili.

Hindi din porke't naka-package na, ibig sabihin sure na kayo na maggrant yung annulment nyo. Do your homework.

i know someone who can help you for fast annulment no need to attend hearing etc etc... but a little expensive and will only take 4months

Hi sis Girltalker2, nakatawag na ako sa Binan RTC.  Hindi nila ma-rerelease yung certificate of finality kasi walang nagreceive nung decision nung pinadala sa ex ko. 

I hired a new lawyer na.  Eto lang way para matapos na.  Bad trip kasi yung dating lawyer ko, nagtago na. Buti na lang may decision na bago siya nagtago.

hi! newbie here sa thread... may mga questions lang ako:

3years married ako.

- ano bang grounds pwede i-present para sa annulment? truth is, di kami magkasundo ng husband ko. palagi kami nag aaway sa ugali ng isa't isa.

-ano difference ng legal separation at annulment?

-first step ba ay humanap muna ng lawyer?

I think ang first step is dapat buo ang loob mo. Mahirap magfile only to find out na di ka sure in the midst of it.

Second, you talk to 2-3 lawyers and mamili ka who can represent you best. The rest will follow. Grounds etc madali na gawan ng paraan.

Sa pagkakaalam ko as explained to me, the only way ma grant ang annulment sa pinas is psychological incapacity ang reason - either you lang, the spouse lang, or both. But that's just in the papers para lang ma grant ang annulment. Sometimes it doesn't mean na totoo yun otherwise think of all the people actors and actresses na psychologically incapacitated daw but in reality di naman.

Hi sisses! Newbie in this thread.

Wanted to start filing for annulment but I don't know where to start. Four months na kami wala nung exhusband ko. He walked out on us. Feeling ko malakas naman yung kaso ko basing sa grounds ng psychological incapacitation, kasi he has a family history (his mom attempted suicide by chopping off her arm, plus two first cousins are schizophrenic -- taking meds sila ngayon) Plus lagi nya sinasabi before saken na feeling nya mababaliw na daw siya cause he has nothing to do, when in fact lahat ng luho nya I already gave him. He barely treated me like his wife for almost six months, no intimacy and all, kasi he was busy thinking daw. No third party naman so far.

Can you please advise me on how to start? Lalo na for those who tried with UP College of Law Office of Legal Aid? My mom had her marriage nulled and voided there kasi my dad had an existing marriage before theirs. Anyhoo, inabot ng 8 years bago matapos! But feeling ko fault din ng mom ko na di nya masyado naasikaso.

I think pareho lang ang procedure at tagal, kasi yun anak at properties, de-declare mo naman sa umpisa kung meron o wala kayong paghahatian.  Ang nagpapatagal talaga ng kaso ay kung lalaban kabilang party at depende sa dami ng kaso ng RTC branch kung saan na assigned yun case mo.

Salamat sis. Grabe ang hirap ng annulment, sabi ng tito ko prepare daw muna kami ng 200k para makapag file ng annulment. Ano kaya grounds ififile? If ever di na talaga nagwowork out marriage, lalo na sa five years na pagsasama di na kami nag lolove make for 3 years, pero same house pa din kami. Tapos verbal sobrang sakit. Sisigawan ka sa harap ng magulang. Sisiraan pamilya ko sa mga friends nya? Tapos kilan ko lang nalaman na confused sya?

mga sis.. question lang ha.. for second trial na yung annulment ko, magbibigay daw ng testimony yung psychologist..kaso ang tagal before ma-set yung hearing..sabi ng attorney, inventory daw yung court nung january kaya wala daw hearings pwedeng i-set..

tapos nung february naman, natapos na daw yung inventory but may hinihintay lang daw na requirement from the fiscal tapos tsaka pa makaka-set ng hearing date..

i just wanna confirm kung nasa tama ba 'yung process at hindi nagdadahilan lang si attorney? i'm lost kasi and i'm worried din... matagal ba talaga mag-set ng hearing? wala akong updates from her ngayong month eh..
