been there done that. may alam din ako 4 to 6mos but dapat walang kontra ang isat isa

Hi sis, My BF is separated with her wife for almost 5 years, she is working abroad presently and is having a relationship of her own there. They don't have any communication whatsoever. He still support his daugther though thru college, amd she'll hopefully graduating in a year or two.

He told me, her wife wanted that he filed for divorce even before, each wanted to move on and get married.

We wanted to get married. Both wanted to get off the marriage.

Question is how much would it be, how long? Pardon me, but 200k is too much for an ordinary citizen of our country. How much is the least we can spend on this matter please?

If the annulment will be off in 4 to 6 months, how much the cost will be?

Thanks a lot!

Relationships, not binded legally could never be stable even how much effort you invest in.

Kasi I have a friend na he's married here in the Phil.

First, your friend should wait first to be a Canadian citizen before securing divorce otherwise it will not be recognized here in the Philippines.

He doesn't need to file an annulment case in the Philippines but if he intends to get married once again in the Philippines or to a Filipina, he needs to file a petition for recognition of the foreign judgment. (The divorce he secured abroad must first be recognized here in the country.)

Hi good afternoon. Ask ko lang po kung possible na null and void and how to check po yung usang situation ng friend ko. He's working as a seaman abroad and nakabuntis. The.girl demanded for a wedding, na nangyari naman via civil wedding.ssabi sa akin wala raw nangyaring seminar basta ready na lahat. I asked him to get a copy of marriage cert at meron naman daw sabi ng wife nya, nakakuha kasi ito. Ngayon gusto mag file ng annulment nung lalaki [textspeak!] di onyamaadikaso kasi nasa barko sya at ang anak at wife nakatira sa mother nya. Help naman po. Thanks in advance.

Hi am newbie here. Id like to ask ur opinion or suggestion

My bf was married pero hiwalay and wala na sila communication ng wife nya 3 yrs na. Kahit gusto nya ipa annul wala pa budget as of now. So ano po ba maganda gawin kung gusto namin magsama?

May nagadvice sa kanya na puntahan nya wife nya papirmahan nya ng letter made by lawyer na sinasabi matagal na sila hiwalay at wala na sa paki kung may bago gf or live in partner husband nya.

Is this advisable sa mga wala budget pam pa annul? Ano po ba maganda gawin?

Salamat

Tama before marriage pa andun na yun Psychological Inc then lumabas pa during the marriage and after the marriage. kasi dapat me basis na Permanent ang Psychological Inc.Kaya sa  file ng petition ko it should be before , during and after andun.

mga sis, pano ba malalaman kung may marriage license kami nung kinasal? kasi we were 19 then at ibang tao ang nag asikaso lahat. dumating kami sa city hall na ready na lahat at kinasal nalang.. and if ever ba walang marriage license, pwede bang ground yun for annullment? (may marriage contract kami kasi i got a copy from nso)

sis sorry now lang reply. Around P130k lang. Wala na kasi silang communication more than 7 years na.

Kung walang marriage license number most probably ginamit yung  article 34.

"Art. 34. No license shall be necessary for the marriage of a man and a woman who have lived together as husband and wife for at least five years and without any legal impediment to marry each other. The contracting parties shall state the foregoing facts in an affidavit before any person authorized by law to administer oaths. The solemnizing officer shall also state under oath that he ascertained the qualifications of the contracting parties are found no legal impediment to the marriage.

^ sis latte

ganyan din kase ng sakin. i didn't know about the article 34 and what it meant nor was I briefed about before I signed our marriage contract. hindi rin kami nagsama for 5yrs before getting married. I asked nga my MIL if she knew this kasi siya nag-ayos ng lahat sa municipal, pumunta nalang kami dun, sabi niya di daw niya alam..which I think she is lying.

pero i asked an attorney about this when I got myself a Solo Parent ID. he said this cannot be a ground for annulment kasi daw the fact na nakapirma ako sa marriage contract eh ibig sabihin nag-agree ako na under Art.34 kami and not needing a license :( nakakadown ng malaman ko ito. pero anyway I have other evidence/grounds to back me up in case this doesn't work

sis momentum...kailangan mo lang ng proof na hindi kayo nagsama for five years before marriage. Proof like your address at that time, maraming puedeng proof. Believe me ground yan kasi nakapag ayos na ko ang annulment at yan ang ginamit na ground. in that way hindi na kinailangang pumunta sa psychologist kaya nakatipid din ng 20k yung nagpa annul. I can pm you kung saan inayos yung annulment if you like. 8 mos ang inabot nun annulment.

actually last month naghalukay ako ng mga files ko way way back even before i met my ex and ayun may mga receipts ako, ID pic sa school ko before, etc etc that is within that 5yrs na yun and ang maganda pa nun is I was living somewhere else..far far away from Manila. I kept those things pandagdag pa sa ibang grounds na I'll put forward which is mas mabigat than this Art.34 thingy

yes sis pa-pm ako ng info kasi my dad is asking me to research about annulment here..just in case in the future tulungan niya ako ma-annul
