 - broccoli (once lang to, i noticed parang naconstipate kasi cya so ill give him broccoli again once he turns 9mos)
 - sayote
 - singkamas/turnip

 - carrots
 - apple
 - pear
 - avocado
 - papaya
 - fish
 - giniling na beef

yan ang mga naaalala ko so far. once you introduced simple baby food like lets say apple or carrots, you can mix but make sure na tikman mo muna to check the taste first. i just combine the purees, i don't puree them na nakacombine na agad para pwede ko imix and match ba

so far ang natry kong combinations eto:
 - spinach + sweet potato / butternut squash / potato / carrots (last week i incorporated cheese in his food)
 - butternut squash + sweet potato / potato
 - apple + pear / carrots
 - sayote + carrots / butternut squash / sweet potato / potato
 - singkamas + butternut squash / sweet potato
 - zucchini + potato / sweet potato
 - fish + potato
 - ground beef + sweet potato

ok ba ang Boon Squirt Baby Food Dispensing Spoon?
binasa ko kasi sa Amazon, may mga negative feedbacks.  gusto ko pa naman eto for baby, mukhang easy on the go kasi sya, may cover. so no need na ng spoon at pot pa kapag lumabas sa house.

^^almost bought 1 from munchkin yung parang ganyan. buti d ako bumili kasi minsan 5-6oz ang solids ni baby and max of 4oz lang ata yung sa mga ganyan na spoons.

kelan / ilang months baby mo nung nakaka 5-6 oz solid na sya?
mukhang hindi nga sya mag-wo-work unless super puree liquid ang food ni baby, hindi magfo-flow.

mga sis,
share ko lang on feeder (yung may net, like yung Nuby, sassy saka munchkin).  gusto ko yung sa sassy kasi may takip sya.  wow, naka kita ako sa SM department store, immitation, Snoopy products!  P130 lang sya! Binili ko na para masubukan, at ok sya! It worked!  May cover din sya gaya ng sassy. 

comparing price, now ko lang na-realize yung ~P400 kasi sa Zebebe na Nuby ay 1pair, so, almost same price lang pala nung nabili ko na Snoopy. 

Share ko lang din on jarred food.  Nakakita ako sa Robinson's grocery yung Heinz na baby food 6months old plus.  Bumili ako ng few jars para ma-try.  Si baby kasi ayaw minsan ng home made potatoes, sweet potato, carrots.  Pero kapag sinamahan / alternate ng subo with jarred food eh nakakain na nya yung home made food.  I make sure konti lang yung jarred food na ibigay per feeding session.  Any feedback sa Heinze baby food?  Kagaya lang din naman sya nung Gerber.

^my baby was around 7mos when he started taking upto 6oz of solid food. pls do take note hindi lahat ng baby parepareho ng consumption ng solids. there are some na hindi agad agad kumakain ng maramihan and it takes them at least 1mo to get used to eating solids. my cousin was like this before

re: heinz, that's what my aunt used to give my cousin before. ang resulta? masyadong picky eater ng cousin ko now. bottom-line is, jarred food is still jarred food. you can never compare it with homemade food even if you say your baby doesn't eat homemade stuff. eh paano masasanay ang baby ng homemade food if "kukunsintihin" na merong jarred food parin sa diet?

[textspeak!] pedia ng baby ko, no-no talaga sa bottled foods kasi nga it makes the baby a picky-eater daw. ask ko lang mga sis? mga kelan si baby pwede na table food talaga? [textspeak!] tipong 3x a day na talaga? [textspeak!] pedia kasi advised us na once a day lang pakainin now si baby para hindi sya tuluyan umayaw sa milk. need pa rin kasi daw ni baby to get his full nutrition from milk. january na kasi sunod na balik namin sa pedia, e by that time 9 months na si baby. i wonder kung ano papakainin kay baby pagdating nya 8months next month and how frequent na dapat? thanks.

everyday akong nagpeprepare ng veggies sa baby ko. hindi ko siya pinapakain ng cerelac or ng gerber. kaya nung minsang pinatikim ko ng gerber, ayaw nya talaga. kaya ayun, nasayang lang yung mga binigay sa akin.

hello sis! OT to but since namention mo na din, would you have any idea pano lilinisan [textspeak!] sing-a-ma-jigs-toy? di ba may battery sya sa loob, pwede kaya malabhan [textspeak!] toy? balak ko din kasi bumili for my baby kaso concerned ako sa upkeep ng plush toys na battery-operated. thanks!

yup, madaling matunaw naman. medyo bland ang taste though unlike yung gerber puffs na matamis at mas malasa.

yung earths best puffs, i tried the blueberry flavor. matigas siya at hindi kasing daling matunaw so we havent given this to baby yet. pero masarap sana siya.

my baby is only 6months old now.  we plan to use the sing-a-ma-jigs like a puppet for now. meron syang 1puppet kasi now, bumili ako ng mura lang sa SM, P150 ata, at tuwang tuwa sya!  through puppets kasi, parang nagkakaroon ng another person apart sa amin na parents nya to whom baby can play with as if with her age.... hehe, parang ganun.

yung sing-a-ma-jigs ay P750 each lang, P2k if 3pcs.  Ok na, coz plan namin 2pcs, then 1pc pang regalo.  Yun nga lang, limited yung colors/ types na meron sa Mommyapproved.  out of stock yung dark purple, which sings "clementine".
