i'm planning to take nameraka but for my skin condition....i think primarily it's for the skin, parang add-on na lang [textspeak!] sa boobs.

i've read on some thread here na yung ibang sis natin na nagtake ng nameraka noticed improvement on their skin but not on their boobs, some vice versa and some noticed improvement on both.
i guess it depends to our system..

ako naman im 19 years old. pag sa malls 36b ang kasya sakin na bra, pag sinusukat ko based on "how to measure your bra size" (sa internet) 32b ako. naliliitan tuloy ako. laki pa ng pwet ko kaya napaka-unproportionate tignan. i tried malunggay for 2 months kasi may puno ng malunggay dito, nagfirm siya pero hindi naman lumaki. then nagstop ako kasi nakakatamad magpakulo ng magpakulo. bumalik din sa dati. hmmmmmmm

if breast size depends on the body's estrogen level, and soy contains phytoest that has estrogen-like properties... mga sis.. may nakatry na ba sa inyo na kumain lang ng kumain ng soy and tofu then lumaki na ang boobs?..

 

and also ive read about this supplement.. dong quai.. tinetake daw sya ng mga menopausal women to increase their estrogen levels.. may nakapag try na ba sa inyo neto to increase their breast size?

natry ko kumain ng kumain ng tofu. tokwa ang ulam ko tapos bili ako ng bili ng soy milk. after 1 month wala pang effect. mas may effect malunggay. at least sa malunggay nagfirm.

After ko mag pa breast feed, daig pa ng 14 yrs old ang boobs ko. I tried measuring it kaso kung tama ang sabi ng tape measure 28 ang size ko. 29.5 pang naka erect yung nipples 
Re: soymilk, hindi ko alam na may breast enhancing features yan, parang wala naman ako napansin kasi mahilig ako sa soymilk. Yung fresh pa nga naiinom ko. I might try pm. Sana naman eh permanent yung effect at pwede sya sabay sa fancl white advance. Ayaw ko ng kiddie boobs.

i'm currently on thanyaporn. di ko pa natake ulit yung puera panic ko kasi hindi nadeliver agad noon.  tapos sinasabayan ko ng Mio breast cream. binili ko both sa singapore last month. i'm on my third week, di ko masabing lumaki kasi di ko naman nameasure prior to using them. pero parang kahit papano nag-improve naman...ewan baka imagination ko lang.
