@ thesoloist: sis nabasa ko dati you're taking puera panic sos. pag nag stop ba ng puera balik din sa dati yung boobies? im planning to buy pero kung saglit lang din effect wag nalang.

^i've read somewhere that an increase in breast size is also an increase in risk on having a breast cancer.

"It's important to note that natural breast enhancement supplements may contain herbs known as phytoestrogens, which could increase the risk of some types of breast cancer." ( Mayoclinic website )

that's why those who have history of breast cancer are advised not to take any breast enhancing supplements.

Ako I bought fenugreek capsule, hindi ko pa sya na try baka tom pa.. Pero according sa post sa cosmo hindi daw sya effective kung fenugreek alone lang ang inumin mo.. So pinag iisipan ko kung bibila pa ako ng saw palmetto.. Pero yun godiva breast firming cream decided na talga ako na bumili nun..

After I gave birth kc biglang lumiit ang boobs ko.. dati dami na iinggit kc ang laki nya.. ngaun isa na ako sa mga n iinggit sa mei malalaking boobs.. I'm only 24 kaya alam ko mei pag asa pa.. haha

Sisters.. Please pa feedback sa malunggay.. Regarding fenugreek, I asked my OB according to her too much estrogen is not good to our health and she's not familiar with fenugreek daw.. Best way to make our boobs firmer daw is regular exercise.. Bigla tuloy ako nag isip kung iinumin ko ba yun fenugreek na binili ko.. Hai sayang much..

^ sis, nakakatakot talaga sis. these pills may work on some but not on everyone. try mo na lang natural remedies like iyong malunggay but there are no scientific proofs na it would really cause increase in breast size. if it still stays the same i guess the key is to accept what God has given to you. in fact if your bf really loves you he will still be loving you no matter what the size of it.

mga sis..i'm really flat chested too as in super flat..yong chest ko di na man [textspeak!] makatama sa padded bra ko T.T...na iinsecure nako kasi yung mga friends ko inookray ako..T.T..effective ba ang malunggay sa 17 yrs old na single?..who try yung puera panic sos?

^sis i think maggrogrow pa ang boobs mo.. dati rin kasi wala ako e, 32 A na nga may space pa.. pero nung nagcollege ako nagkalaman sya, i thought dahil dun sa glutha na ininom ko w/c contains malunggay, pero sabi ng dr. ko maybe late bloomer lang raw kasi wala naman talagang supps na nakakapagpa-increase ng breast size permanently, it's on the genes raw. we can make it firm raw pero bigger, malabo.

nagpost yung friend ko ng mga pics nila from beach outing.. may boobs na sya ngayon!  Kakainggit! naku dati pareho lang kame nun pero ngayon meron na sya. nung college kasi kami pinadalhan yung ng sister nya ng pampalaki ng boobs.. based sa europe yung sister nya.. tinanong ko na sya dati kung anong product yun, sabi nya nakalimutan na nya. tatanungin ko nga ulet.. sabihin ko tanungin yung sister nya. haha!

hay grabe, desperada talaga ako magka boobs. haha! kasi naman wala talaga.. kung ang cup size ay A, B, etc.. ako NO CUP! haha! Hindi ko naman wish ng super laking boobs.. Gusto ko lang ma-fill yung cup ng bra ko na cup A.
