Hi sisses! I wanna ask if you know some pills na hindi phytoestrogens ang gamit to increase breast size. I've read kasi na if your estrogen levels aren't low or lacking, mas makakasama pa mag take ng phytoestrogen pills kasi it will combat with your own estrogens for place in the body's receptor sites. Sayang plan ko pa naman mag OD ng soy milk pero medyo na scared ako since i'm not really flat chested.. cup B naman ako kahit papaano.. here's one article about it btw,

sa mga sis din pala dyan who tried malunggay tea, pero hindi ma take yung taste: what i do is I boil 1st the water, saka ko ilalagay [textspeak!] leaves (fresh leaves gamit ko). mas less yung weird taste by doing that imo. just a small tip

Nagbaback-read ako, skimming through some parts of the first thread even. Haha. I hate to admit it pero namumroblema kasi ako sa pagiging flat-chested ko. Grabe, as in flat as a board. hi sis! why don't you try using silicon stick-on bras? it can be bought in tiangges, divi, maski sa intimate apparel ng ibang sm malls, meron nun. I've tried it on a couple of models during pageants- maganda siya magpa cleavage effect, or you can also use fillers to fill in your bra

im also flast chested. i have a new discovery LA SENSA bra. they have this bra na sobrang kapal ng pad (pero hindi mukhang fake na fake), magmumukhang full ang bust. kung marunong kang mag ipit ipit, pwede magka cleavage!  aprox 2k ang bra.

ive been taking malungay capsule twice a day for almost two months. hindi ko sure kung na enhance nga ang breast  ko pero parang bumigat nga sila that was after a month of taking malungay capsule. ganitong feeling din naramdaman ko sa breast ko when i was taking ocp napaka sensitive sa touch ng breast ko....

Hello sisses! Well, since the last time I posted here, I've been looking for ways para magka-laman naman ang boobs ko. I tried:

- 350mg of malunggay capsule (Pro-lacta) @ P6.00 per capsule, three times a day
- softgel capsules of Natuform Breast Enhancement @ P600 per bottle, three times a day

It's been more than a week, and I've definitely seen some changes. Naging firm ang breasts ko and I can finally fill a cup. With some girls, matagal ang epekto, pero siguro dahil cmbination ang ginawa ko sa I'm feeling the results agad. Ito lang, since my boobs are growing, I feel pain in my boobs, parang pag-PMS? Nothing serious though. I take it as a good sign

hi, got something to share, when i was 1st year college as i remember 32A lang gamit ko (since H.S. un) then tinubuan ako ng mga pimps due to stress then nabasa ko sa net that glutathione can do some help, kaya nagtry ako, Greenwhite Glutathione to be exact. unfortunately di naman nakahelp sa pimps ko but the great thing there was after taking it for almost 5mons(3x/day) lumaki yung boobs ko, im actually 34B now(i'm already 21y/o)...all this time i was wondering pano lumaki boobs ko e wala naman ako iniinom na pampaenlarge, i guess its the greenwhite glutathione kasi it has moringa in it pala. di ko alam na pwede pala un pampaenlarge ng boobs....

actually that was the cheapest gluta that i've found that time kaya yun ginamit ko...atleast it did make sense in some way..
