^^^Wait and see sa balita na yan, the transfer I mean. Hindi pa tapos ang kaso ng T3 sa World Court in Singapore. Walang foreign airlines na gustong pumasok under contract with them unless settled na yung kaso. Plus walang cargo terminal ang T3 kaya mahihirapan silang mang-enganyo ng FAL.

sino naka-experience dito na pagbaba mo ng eroplano may sasalubong sa iyo na porter who'll insist on helping you with your baggage as in hahablutin pa yung hand-carry mo. tapos after ilang steps lang merong hagdan or escalator (which most of the time is not working!) then sasabihin sa iyo: "Sorry, ma'am hanggang dito na lang ako", syempre they'd expect a tip!

and guess what? another porter is waiting by the stairs presenting to help you carry down your luggage. and all the while akala mo may long walk after the stairs, eh di pala, kase a few steps from the stairs is the immigration window. eh di syempre may tip na naman yun!

oh, it doesn't stop there. how about waiting for your bag from the conveyor belt? nakapaligid yung mga porters! they should just clear the way para yung mga bag owners na mismo ang mag-abang for their own bags. and if indeed they need help, eh di saka sila lumapit!

^T2 sis. I haven't used T2 dahil banned ang PAL sa akin. Yes, I've heard nga andaming panhik-panaog sa T2. Pero grabe kapal naman ng mga tao na yun.

TINARAYAN KO SILANG LAHAT!! At habang naghihintay ako ng luggage ko, tinarayan ko din and pinatabi yun mga nakaharang sa harap ko na porters! Aba pano ko makukuha bagahe ko kung ha-hara hara sila dyan sa daan

^ewan ko ba. basta ang daming porters. pati sa departure, ganun din. as in naka-eksena sila.

and the guards are so arrogant din. they have the gall to raise their voices sa mga filipinos pero sa mga foreigners di nila masita. hmmm...i wonder why???

this happened to me while checking in. my husband was beside me, naturally. tapos i saw this guard and humbly asked him about something, in tagalog. aba! imbes na sagutin yung tanong ko eh mega-sigaw siya sa akin at pumila daw kami ng maayos kaya daw tinutularan kami ng iba.

HELLOO, sa amin ba ibintang?! samantalang all the while merong group of foreigners na naghaharutan sa harap namin eh di niya masita.

inisip ko tuloy kung nag-english sana ako sa kanya in the first place baka mabait ang naging trato niya sa kin.

^^kung di lang ako may friend sa PAL, ban din sa akin yan. They once lost my child's stroller! Pati ba yun pag-interesan?! I got reimbursed naman for a measly 100 bucks! Mapalitan ko ba yung Maclaren ko with 100? Oh, and if had not been for my friend, naku na-isnub na yung claim ko.

nako tagal ng sinasabi na aayusin t1 wala naman nangyayari..i dont know about t2 ganun din ba hindi kasi kami nagpapal dahil isa pang pangit ang serbisyo..magtataka pa sila na lahat ng konektado sa pinoy pangit..

sana hindi lang renovation mangyari, pati sana yung service ang susungit ng mga tao eh tsaka yung mga tao mismo palitan nila ang gagaling manghingi ng pera

good news: govt is exploring the privatization of naia airport. san miguel showed interest to take over.

bad news: it will take hundred years to materialize.

Actually I was searching like last week kung ano ranking ng NAIA sa lahat ng airports sa buong mundo and then here it is! Where would I even start?
Everything is so true, cr is filthy, landline are defective, no decent lounge maupo ka na lang jan sa tabi-tabi, the whole place is so dirty and ugly talaga. When ihatid mo ang mga loved ones mo sa airport, you cannot even hug and see each other for the last time before he flies, kasi pinapaalis ka na ng gwardya as if hindi ka taxpayer and nagpapasweldo sa kanya! May 2 minute rule pa pag magpark in front of the naia departure area susme! sa singapore pwede ka pa makapasok talaga doon eat sa restaurants with your loved ones..

next year daw yung mga international flights sa NAIA 3 na kasi magkakaroon major facelift ang NAIA1.

OMG. Never flew with PAL in the last 5 years. My last flight was disappointing.  Pero hindi ko naranasan yan. Ang naranasan ko 5 years ago was:
- mano-mano yung gate number. as in white board and marker! for some reason, the main board was not working
- ang gulo ng pila sa immigration. i recall may mga tao nakakadaan ng walang tatak. ayoko na i-stress sarili ko sa pagsabi sa kanila na kelangan nila patatak, bahala na sila mamoblema pabalik nila, kung babalik sila sa Pinas
- pagdating naman, pila!  as in ang gulo gulo ng arrival area na pila for immigration. Kasi 3 ata ang flights na nagkasabay sabay.  malas ko lang siguro. pero maski na, hindi dapat ganun.
- pagdating sa conveyor, maryosep, bangga bangga mga tao in all directions. the airport is simply too small to handle international flights. Pero baka recently, hindi na ganun kasikip kasi nagbawas na sila ng flights at mas konti narin lumilipad ng PAL.

Last choice ko ang PAL when flying international. Kahit pa local. May local flights pa ba sila? Kung walang available at PAL lang, am even willing to move my flight date para maiwasan ang PAL. tsk tsk tsk, it should also be voted as one of the worst airlines. Alala ko pa, pag take off ng plane, san ka nakakita na nag-i-incline automatically ang seats sa kalumaan.     Sobrang bulok na airline.  Ang tatanda din ng mga stewardess na na-encounter ko.  Luma pa mga planes.  And having NAIA2 as its exclusive airport with such lousy services does not help.

Haha sis I super like your post! Tama demolish that old place na talaga. kasi hassle na siya sa lahat ng tao. and dami na negative comments talaga.

our airport including that of Terminal 2 and 3 is just.. well... so third world. Comparable siya sa restroom ng Dubai Airport and JFK. And I hate myself for saying and accepting this but the Indira Ghandi International Airport in Delhi is a gazillion times better than Terminal 2 and 3 combined, let alone NAIA. We dont need for it to be renovated, we need a new one. Napag iwanan na tayo ng Thailand. sad

ang masama pa are they are mostly foreigners whew!

para sa akin,people based first impressions about a country from their airport. although their view about our country may change after seeing our sceneries, still. tsss.

Although this happened at the ramp area, better be careful pa rin. Ay naku! How depressing and DANGEROUS na talaga ang T1. We used to have a saying for T1 which still holds true until today that when it rains outside it pours inside and when it's warm outside it's oven-hot inside!
