Meron din ako for pickup sa Megamall, nung Tuesday nagtext na dumating na. Bale Jan20 shinip ng Amazon/Otterbox, for pickup na sa Megamall ng Jan29. Not bad na.

Yun nga lang, mas malaki ang weight kesa sa expected ko. Bale, ang binili ko lang 2 IPad cases, and 1 IPhone case from Otterbox. I thought nasa mga 4lbs max yun if naka-padded envelope. Pero inabot din ng 6lbs, malamang naka-box... Buti na lang din, nakita ko na sa tracking ng JAC yung volume weight so medyo na-estimate ko na din yung babayaran before pa dumating dito..

^ sis, tinanong ko yan dati sa Megamall, sabi nila wala naman daw difference kundi kung sinong group of people ang nagha-handle dito sa Pinas. Same rate, same everything.

Sa JAC Plus ako nag-register dati. And since wala naman daw difference, di na ako nagpalipat. Though parang now, allowed na to pay by credit card ang JAC Retail accounts.. Me once kasi nakapag-bayad ako by credit card kasi pwede na daw. Then sa next transaction, sabi di daw pala ako pwede for cc payments kasi nasa "corporate" team daw yung account ko. Pwede daw cash or cheque, so balik cash payments ako..

@bagaholic, yes, ganyan time frame rin ang katanggap-tanggap para sa akin. Kasi 1.5 to 2 wks na lang e para ng pobox  na sure ako d aabot sa 4.4k+ ang bayad. Yun lang yun naiisip ko kaya d ako ok na ganyan katagal inabot.

I'm pretty happy with JAC services so far. The first time I used it, perfume yung pinadala ko. Quite expensive shipment for a small bottle of perfume but the perfume was worth it. Next ko ginamit for shipping my Taylor Guitar. Imagine the size of that shipment. Sobra mahal ng shipping (almost 8k)! Pero mas mura pa rin yung guitar + shipping kesa sa mga nabibili sa RJ Guitars kaya oks lang. And it did arrived on perfect condition.

Sana lang may consolidation service sila at may fee ok lang. I'm planning to buy some more items but from different online shop. Baka pobox gamitin ko kasi wala consolidation si JAC.

Used Johnny Air for 4 times now, and okay naman ang service nila generally. No delays. Issue lang bukod sa expensive rate is communication -- ang bagal nila sumagot sa email when you are following up the status of your shipment. Dapat talaga, tawagan sila.

But I read somewhere na JAC started opening some packages. This is scary because there's high risk for pilferage.

I've used Johnny air cargo twice already. Purchases are from amazon, VS and NBA store. Wala naman problem. Smooth ang transaction. Dito ka lang din sa GT ito nalaman. Dami ko talaga natututunan dito sa GT.

Sis, if madami ka parating na packages, i-timing mo na lang na within a few days ang dating sa JAC US address. Walang consolidation, but at the least they can waive the usd5/package na handling fee. Ganun nangyari sa akin several times na - at most 6 packages ang sabay dumating sa Megamall, nakatipid din ako usd25 for that batch because of waived handling fees for 5 packages. Minsan 2-3 packages at a time ako..

Hi Sis, I want to try this service but I don't know how to order when the merchant asks for a Credit Card with a US address.  Like I want to order from Oldnavy.com pero when the payment comes it asks for a US address.  Can I use kaya ship to the Philippines, but ship to a US address?  So I can use my US Credit Card?

Hi Mama squeak- the problem i noticed sa oldnavy.com is the Billing Address, when I use the US website.

^There are some websites talaga that only accept credit cards with US billing address. If that happens you can use JAC's credit card. You tell them what you want and they will be the ones to shop for you using their credit card. Of course meron service charge na additional. Sorry don't know how much.

If you don't want to do that, check with your credit card company if they have the global shopper program wherein they will give you a US billing address na you can use when you use your Philippine issued credit card.

Hi sisses, sorry sa noob question, mga magkano yung fee ng Johnny Air if two small cosmetic items worth around $50.

Also pwede ba gamitin yung visa debit card pambayad sa international fees or credit card lang talaga?

^depende sa debit card sis. Like yung Unionbank EON, nagagamit ko sya pang-purchase like a credit card locally and internationally, offline and online. Yung BDO Visa naman, di daw pwede. So depende talaga sa debit card. Better ask your bank.

I am a happy returning JAC client. Purchased a Tag Heuer watch and it was delivered sa JAC LA on Feb 8,
dumating sa Manila yung watch on the 12th. Ang bilis lang. Paid for P1,073 lang for a 3lbs box.

Got another package today. Mabilis na shipping nila since tapos na yung Christmas rush. I'm very happy since I'm a regular client they advise me agad kung dumating na shipment ko sa SFO and they also ask me kung ipapadala na nila or meron pang kasunod na shipment. Nasanay na sa akin na nagpapa-consolidate ako.    This time I had two big cartons so they just repacked it into one carton. Again they only do this service if you are regular clients. Plus I was able to convince my sister based in the US to use JAC to send her accessory items to Cebu naman.

SFO din ako twice nang consolidated items ko without extra charge. Btw hindi ako suki nila, 2 transactions pa lang ako so far.
