ano ba requirements to get a non-pro license? err, may nagsabi saken kailangan pa ng police clearance. diba pang pro lang yun?

first, you have to get a Student Permit before you could apply for a No-Pro license 

Requirements
Student Permit
1. accomplished application for driver's license
2. proof of identification  (with photocopy)
    - original birth certificate
    - nso authenticated birth certificate with official receipt
    - passport
3. any legal/government issued document to prove age and identity
    - sss
    - philhealth
    - gsis/pagibig
    - tin id
    - school/office id
4. taxpayer's identification number (TIN)

additional requirement for minors:
- duly notarized letter of consent


Non-Pro
1. must be at least 17 y/o
2. must be physically and mentally fit to operate a motor vehicle
3. must not be a drug user or alcoholic
4. must be able to read and write in Filipino or English
5. must be clean, neat and presentable
6.accomplished application for driver's license
7. valid student permit (at least 1 month old)
8. medical certificate (from an LTO accredited clinic or government physician)
9. drug test result (from DOH accredited center)
10. taxpayer's identification number (TIN).
11. passed the written and practical examination.

How to Get a Non-Pro License/Procedures
1. have the evaluator check your documents if it's complete & authentic
2. secure a driver's license application form
3. proceed to the photo booth/signature area (name will be called)
4. proceed to the cashier to pay for the application fee (name will be called)
4. proceed to the examination room for the lecture and written exam
5. wait for your name to be called for the practical exam
6. proceed to the cashier for payment of necessary fees (name will be called)
7. proceed to the ampi counter to have your signature and picture taken (name will be called)
8. claim the temporary driver's license (TDL) and the Official Receipt(OR) of payment

*bring at least 1,500 for all those tests & fees

well yung fixer kasi na yun matagal na yun na kakilala ng bro in law ko. even pag nagpaparegister kame ng car, sya na nagpupunta sa house para i-stencil then by afternoon dala na nya yung stickers.

finally got my non-pro license!!! yay! no practical exam na. their term is not fixer.. they call it LICENSE APPLICATION ASSISTANCE. lol. you can ask inside kung sino ang pwede mag assist sayo para kumuha ng license. then offer-an ka ng 'package' nila. make sure lang tiga LTO siya mismo.

btw, sa las pinas ako kumuha. mabilis nga pag nagpa ASSIST.

^dyan din ako kumuha way back! pero since yung kakilala namin nagaayos talaga sila... at kasama sa trabaho ni papa... kaya madali ako nakakuha... di na nga ako ng medical eh

just got my non-pro license last week sa lto las pinas. hindi ako nag fixer kaya it took me 6 hours. walang practical exam, nagbayad lang ako ng 250 ewan ko kung para saan yun kasi kinuha rin nila yung receipt. ready na nga ako mag exam hahaha tapos wala naman pala. kaya pala sa tagal ko dun wala akong nakita kahit isang sasakyan dun sa practical exam area. Medical ang bilis lang, wala pang 20 mins ako nagintay sa pila. Natagalan ako sa drug test dahil isa lang yung gumagana tapos nagkaproblema pa. Mga 2 hours ako dun. Mabilis lang yung picture saka bayad sa exam. Tapos naghintay ako ng mga 1 hour bago natawag sa lecture room, kainis wala pa akong 5 mins nagrereview pinapasok na ko sa exam room. Anyway pumasa naman pero mga 2 hours ulit after the exam bago ako natawag. After nun mabilis na, practical exam (bayad lang) tapos cashier then kuha na ng license. Mga binayaran ko: P400 for medical and drug test, P168 for exam fee, P250 sa practical "exam" then P418 para sa mismong license. Pagpasok ko pa lang tinanong na agad ako ng security guard kung may tutulong na sa kin and kung gusto ko magpa tulong. I refused kasi labag talaga sa kalooban ko na magbayad, anyway expected ko naman na buong araw ako dun kaya nagready na ko ng mga ebooks

Share ko lang yung experience ko.  sa LTO Tayuman ako nagapply ng non-pro. last wednesday lang.  Maayos sana yung process, 8:40 drug test and medical.  9am, nakapagfill out na ko ng application form. Before mag 12nn, tapos na ko sa photo/signature, payment ng processing fee (P167.xx) at written exam.  Then waited to be called for practical exam. 12:10 supeer gutom na ko.  Napansin ko wala pa yung mga tao sa desk kung san nagtatawag para sa practical exam so umalis muna ko para kumain since gutom na din yung bf ko. pagbalik ko 12:35, may tao na ulit sa desk, so nagtanong ako kung natawag na ba name ko.  Tinawag na daw ako 5 mins ago lang, tapos pinagalitan pa ko, bat daw ako nawawala.  Sabi ko kumain ako since gutom na ko talaga.  Anyway, turn ko na din for practical exam.  2 lalaking applicants yung kasabay ko, and kia picanto yung iddrive namin. Confident ako kasi same model din auto ko eh.  Lima kaming sakay, una yung lalaki nagdrive para umalis sa parking, katabi nya yung taga-LTO din, sa backseat, 2 kaming applicants saka yung babaeng evaluator na mataray (grrr). Si kuya na nagddrive, obvious na maraming mali, ilang beses namatayan ng makina, nagstart ng kotse ng nakathird gear, so nagcomment si ate evaluator ng "Pag magsstart ba nasa third gear ha???".  Pagliko namin sa unang kanto, yung isang applicant naman ang pumwesto sa driver's seat.  Pag-start ng makina, first gear nga kaso sobra sobra sa gas, nagcomment yung evaluator na, "ANO YAN?? Makikipagkarera ka ba??" Sumunod ako na, iddrive ko na lang pabalik sa LTO office.. I really believe na maayos yung pagddrive ko, at wala sialng kaimik imik habang nagddrive ako.  So pagbaba namin, at sinabi yung result, lahat kaming tatlo bagsak.  Ang sinabi lang sakin ng evaluator "Ate, practice pa sa pagtimpla ng gas at clutch. Balik ka sa Mar.28."   Nasilip ko yung grading sheet, may mark yung sakin na 96, i don''t know kung yun ang grade ko.  Sabi ng BF ko, baka pinaginitan na lang daw ako, kasi napansin daw nya na kanina pa naiirita sakin yung evaluator bago pa magpractical.  Well ayoko sanang isipin yun dhil lalong nakakabadtrip lang. Inisip ko na lang, maybe it's God's will na i-delay yung pagkuha ko ng lisensya.

Yung evaluator ba yung short hair na maputi na naka-glasses?  Yung nasa labas nakaupo?  Sa LTO Tayuman din ako kumuha ng license but nagpa-assist kasi ako sa Socialite kaya di na ako nag-practical.  Anyway, if we're referring to the same evaluator, masungit nga sya sa ibang nag-actual practical test.

maputi nga, sa labas nga sya nag-ddesk..but i can't remember kung nakaglasses.. parang naka-glasses nga yata. hayy nakakainis talaga, magkanong pa-assist sa socialite sis? pwede pa kayang magpa-assist kahit naumpisahan ko na yung application ko? Kelan ka nag-apply?

Around 2K sa socialite, medyo mahal. Pero pwede ka magpa-assist dun kahit walang driving school.  I got my driver's license last week.  I posted my experience sa previous page. Kasi yung katabi kong nung nag-apply ako ng license told me na she was nervous about the practical exam kasi di sya sanay ng manual. So ang ginawa nya kinausap nya yung guy sa labas kung pwede patulong na lang yung practical exam nya.

Similar sa akin din ng process yung ginawa nung katabi, babayad lang ng 250 dun sa labas.  Magtatatak lang. Same person - yung evaluator.  Then, after nun, nag-antay na lang ng release ng license.

^yup, kasi requirement for non-pro yung SP mo na at least 1 month old na, if I'm not mistaken. It's actually a conversion of DL from SP to non-pro or pro, lahat magsisimula talaga sa SP.

Apply ulit. Ako 2x ko na nagawa to haha 1st time, expired na talaga tapos kumuha ako ulit then nung day na magpa-drug test ako eh on that day eh expired na talaga siya. That was a couple of years ago, hanggang ngayon wala pa rin akong license kasi tinamad na ko kumuha ng student permit haha
