i guess the best time to resign is when you feel that you really really have to na. :) i just passed my resignation letter earlier this month kahit wala pang lilipatan, sobrang relief and happiness hahaha. ganun pala yun. since wala din naman ako plano mabakante, talagang naghanap na ko ng work seriously, ayun may nakita naman na may offer na and higher pay. :)

--- Should I resign na ba? I am 90% sure na ngayon. I'd been so bored with my work lately. To the point na wala na akong kausap. Wala na kasi yung dating Team na meron kami. Hindi narin maganda ang compensation. Tinanggal na ang incentive namin. My only problem lang naman is I need an HMO for my son. But I am sure na meron namang ganun sa ibang company right? I am planning to stay here until the end of April. Then, uwi sa province on for 2 weeks to unwind and go back to Manila and look for a better job?

What do you think? Please enlighten me. =(

- sis binasa ko kanina yung contract ko hehe.. actually 3 months muna akong contractual and nakasulat it can be terminated anytime pero walang nakasulat don na kelangan may 1 month notice ako bago mag resign. By the way, sa HR ako and ako humahawak ng recruitment. After holy week kase ayoko na pumasok. Plan ko hangang april 4 na lang. =(

after months of swearing na magreresign ako, finally! this is it pancit! last week ko na next week! iMO its time to resign if you don't feel motivated anymore, if you feel bored from doing the same thing over and over everyday, if you're not as sociable as you used to. at pag paulit-ulit-ulit na lang ang pagrereklamo sa boss, sa workload, sa sweldo, sa mga katrabaho, sa lahat ng ba. ganyan kasi ako dati. may paiyak-iyak pa ako kay hubby ko noon. it took me lots of courage kasi i've been with that company for almost 5 years!

this was exactly what i felt when i resigned. i felt like i was only staying there for money. but money can't really buy happiness. i have no regrets..

The best time to resign is when you are not happy with your job anymore because when you're not happy anymore, you lose motivation and losing motivation makes you do your job less...

that's what exactly happened to me. I wasn't happy with my job anymore and I pushed myself to stay as long as I could but in the end it caused a lot of trouble. It came to the point when I would cry as if I was going crazy... not to mention that my bosses are my bf's parents.

LESSON LEARNED: never let personal relationships mix with work stuff... i accepted the job because it was a challenging job but nung una pa lang, i had a feeling na magkakaroon talaga ng conflict at yun na nga ang nangyari. ending is my boyfriend's parents are mad/ disappointed/ angry at me... but in the end it's still my happiness that matters... if you try to sacrifice your happiness for other's sake, ikaw rin ang magsusuffer in the end... this has more story behind it. if i can only post a topic then i would because i'd really want to seek your advice... :( nevertheless, I'm moving forward... :) looking for a job that would best suit my skills. :)

happy for you sis, i wish i could do it na because i'm not excited to wake up in the morning and work anymore....

i feel not welcome now and i feel i'm excluded in every work decisions made. i feel i'm just there retained for some use others still cannot do, but other than that..i'm on my own. i don't feel their support sytem anymore...as long as i'm putting in sales for them @ my own diskarte..

and what hurts is i don't know why..the cold shoulder esp. from the wife of my boss who is part boss and to think i have blood ties to her though distant already.Siguro i'm overstaying the invite i got from them....

the best time to resign?

1. if you've got a new job with higher pay.
2.if you've saved up enough para pantutos sa mga pangangailangan mo habang naghahanap ng trabaho.

Mahirap mawalan ng work, mahirap maghanap. Try niyo! :)

the best time to resign is when you don't feel like entering the building you are working in... yung parang "yuck" na kahit iisipin mo pa lang. i tell you, its not worth it if you don't love your job. life is too short to waste on a work that you're not happy with. kahit na sabihin natin na mahirap makahanap ng work sa panahon ngayon, andami namang pwdeng gawin na income generating activities. basta't may tiyaga lang ang isang tao, hindi siya magugutom :)

Sis ako I just resigned from my current work and I'm just rendering 2 weeks service. Mejo alam ko ang dilemma mo kasi almost ganyan din ang nangyari sa akin..ako ang ginawa ko eh after ko maka recieved ng call from the new company asking me to secure my NBI clearance..I passed na [textspeak!] RL ko.Take note wala pa akong pinipirmahang Job offer nyan from the new company ha!I want to make sure kasi na kung sakali man mag JO na eh un ongoing na yung 2weeks ko..super sugal dahil hindi ko pa alam kung kelan ako mag start sa new company or kung mas higher ang offer nila.Thank God kasi tumawag sila for JO at super ganda ng offer..Dapat nga June 1 ako mag start sa kanila pero I can't make it dahil ikakasal ako ng june 2. So ayun inurong naman nila ng June 16..

ako kasi talagang matagal ko na gusto mag resign but I can't leave without making sure na may malilipatan ako..and from my opinion, mas madaling mag retract ng resignation or mag pa extend kesa mag immediate resignation. As much as possible ayaw ko mag iwan ng hindi magandang record. If the new job is meant to be, hopefully lahat din mag fall into right places for you :)

For me, if you feel that you can't work with your boss.  It is really hard to work without trust and cooperation.

Anytime - expect for the month of November to December.

Intayin mo muna ang mga bonuses doon. Then resign on January.

Kung nakikita mong di ka kaagad happy sa bago mong work, then resign ASAP and find a new job. Wag mo na patagalin naman ng 2 years for that.

But if you are beyond the probationary period (typically 6 months) then mas maganda nga kung paabutin mo muna ng 2 years before resigning. Unless, you have some kind of serious problems sa work.

based on experience, i resigned after my boss gave me false promises about promotion and salary appraisal. it's been 3 years, enough na yun, baka mas lalo pa nila akong abusuhin if i stayed.

best time to resign? crunch time! toxic month.
knowing that the team struggled after i left, i dont regret every single day na jobhunting ako  ;D

Riandrew, Hahaha! natawa ako sa last paragraph mo.  ;D

Ako rin I resigned form work because I felt they have no use for me anymore. I have already delivered what I aimed to give. I have done my part. Within the span of my control, naayos ko ang dapat maayos. I also resigned because I feel the company's goals were not aligned with my goals. So wala na akong personal satisfaction. Ayun I learned until now, back to square one sila.Wala pa akong kapalit OIC lang. At young subordinate na na OIC till now , tumawag to ask for help.
