Hi sisses! Update lang sa wedding preps namin... We've already booked The ONE Exclusive for OTD services! So happy... Me and h2b loved Thoffy! He's super nice and bubbly. Kaya, contract signed na. This is it! Gorabels naman kami ngayon sa bridal fair in MegaMall. Happy preps to all of us.

Thanks, sis!  Super nice siyang kausap and i love his shots talaga kaya kinontak ko na agad. Dapat bandang august pa ako magstart mag-scout ng suppliers eh... kaso napressure ako dito sa GT! hehe!

I went to the wedding fair in Megamall yesterday.  I booked Real Studio as our photographer.  Their rates are pretty good, h2b and I are on a pretty tight budget.  Ok din ang reviews sa w@w.  So glad may na-book na akong supplier.

@sis toodee: pareho pala tayo overseas din sis, if you won't mind, may i ask pano ginawa mo sa gown mo? nag-submit ka lang ba ng design online or nakauwi ka?

im now on a hunt for a good yet affordable sounds and lights supplier. ok sana si elmer kaso hindi pa sya pede sa batangas

Uuwi kami sa May to meet Veluz pero we talked to her na to block Nov24 and will pay her na lang sa May 4th =) I gave her pegs as to what designs I wanted. Most of the designs I want are from her former brides din so madali lang.

the rest  kasi of the suppliers, I deposited the amount to my mother's account and paid the DP na. Will sign the contracts when we go home sa May =)

@sis andrea.ora: Joy San Gabriel offers dessert buffet. I have tried their cakes and masarap talaga If you want naman kakaiba and in addition to your caterer's desset buffet, try SanFo Treats. I love their caramel apples! Not sure lang how much is their desset buffet. Di na ako nag inquire kasi hindi kasama sa budget namin and may dessert buffet na din kami sa hizon's.

I contacted Rei Rana na this early. Very nice and accommodating. Ang quote nya sa wedding dress ko is only 8,500 kasi I'll be the one buying the materials na (my friend and I used to have an online dress shop kaya medyo marunong ako pumili ng tela).  I'll drop by his shop next month to discuss the design and pay reservation fee. Tapos by November yung fitting kasi masyadong pang maaga. Nonetheless, I'm excited na.  I was able to book 2 suppliers in a month. Major problem ko pa yung church and reception so good luck na lang sa amin.

Tama!  Daming ng nae-encourage na magpagawa kay Rei. I agree with you sis, konti pa lang samples na wedding gowns ni Rei. That's one of my fears too, before nun hindi ko pa sya nakakausap. He's not that experienced yet with wedding gowns. Pero I just my faith in him, especially when he said na hindi naman kelangang mahal para maging maganda ang gawa.

My wedding is on January 17, 2012. We are currently finalizing the designs for my ento. Yun sa akin kasi decided na ako kung ano gusto kong design for my wedding gown so hindi na kami masyadong nagtagal sa detailing. Mga 3rd week of May mamimili na kami ng tela. We're looking into sometime July or August for my first fitting. Aga di ba? Promise nya kasi sa akin na dapat before New year nasa akin n lahat ng gowns para mabawasan na problema ko as my wedding day comes closer.

@sis blueflame update mo na lang kami ng fittings mo.   I'm getting married in June pa naman so I have more time to relax, hehe.  I will be the one to choose the fabric kasi I have experience in choosing fabric for my online dress store before.  Sa akin ok lang kahit hindi ganun ka-experience sa wedding gowns as long as pulido yung pagkagawa.  Yung iba kasing designers, hindi magaling yung pagtahi ng damit.  Anyway, looking forward to your updates.

@sis blueflame, ah talaga, carolina's tela nya? Maganda talaga tela sa carolina's (carolina din tela namin dati).  Ok lang sis na magswimming, summer naman. Madali namang pumuti dahil 2 months lang ang summer. Sabi ko rin kay Rei na end of the year na lang ako sukatan, baka mamaya mag-iba weight ko.  Hindi naman ako tabain, pero minsan bigla akong pumapayat pag stressed.  Medyo malapit na rin pala wedding mo, sis. I mean hindi na taon ang bibilangan kung hindi buwan na lang.
