^you're right. usana is a networking group. and there were (and still are) posers in this thread marketing it. the mods are already notified about it. if you really want gse without the exorbitant cost of networking, there are atc, solgar, avon, and i think cosmoskin. 4 caps a day? you only need 1 cap for 500 mg and 3 caps for 100 mg.

hmmm... even if usana is in networking business it does not mean that it is not effective. why don't you try it to see the difference me and my family were happy end-users of usana products.  this is a product developed in the us and being manufactured in the us by an outstanding scientist named Myron Wentz.

hindi ba sya too big to swallow? i buy my vits from HO, kaso i always change my brand kc gusto ko sana easy to swallow, madulas, and small size lang. i'm thinking GSE, kaso i still have my HSN.

Sis the 4caps a day is I think the maximum dose? Nag simula ako sa 1 tablet a day kasi oa naman ang apat. You always have the choice to believe testimonials or not (matutunugan mo naman sa post kung may motibo o nagsheshare lang talaga). Maganda rin siguro maghanap ka sa friend mo ng user lang, yung hindi nagbebenta. And make sure yung mga tinatanungan mo, naka try na nung product. There are so many bashers din kasi. Good luck!

yup the size of one cap is big but it's soft naman. at first i find it hard to swallow but nag adjust din ako in time. i take it along with ala, vit e and other supplements all at once kasi i tend to forget e. sanayan lang sis

nako, dito rin ako natatakot. kahit saang vitamin/supplements thread kasi ako mapunta lagi nalang may USANA. ang hirap kasi ipoint out kung totoo sinasabi nila o marketing strategy lang yun eh. pero anyway, si Kuya Kim kasi user ng USANA sinabi nya through twitter so I think it would be better kung ittry mo yung product to see its effects.

Haha anyway, they say GSE is more powerful than vit.C diba? So can you substitute vit.C with GSE or mas magandang pareho mo tinetake?

vit c is more readily absorbed by the body while grapeseed extract also needs vit c to be fully absorbed by the body. vit c is the mother of all vitamins kasi without it hindi maaabsorb fully ng body ang mga tine take natin at matatapon lang ng body so i suggest take vit c with grapeseed or any other vitamins/supplements you are taking. and actually proflavanol comes with vit c (in the form of ascorbates) and grapeseed extract.also keep in mind that when you are taking supplements kailangan ng good supply ng water ang body para ma distribute ng maayos ang nutrients. hope this helps

femmeandglam i agree with you sis na you have to try it yourself first. actually im just asking lang naman talaga about the product of usana kasi nga i want to try it. however hindi kasi kaya ng allowance ko yung ganong budget for gse. sa dami ng supplements na kailangan ko bilhin. hehe.pero yun nga, if it delivers naman then maybe you'll get your money's worth. lahat naman ng supplements ko sinubukan ko muna if hiyang sa akin before i stick with it. in all fairness naman, im not implying na because its a product of networking eh hindi maganda yung product ha. im just inquiring kasi nga im interested din to try. anyways, atc and cosmo gse yung ok sa akin. im not sure pa about avon gse kasi nag-breakouts ako dun but i dont know if that's the culprit kasi nga i change my soap din while using it eh.
