^im not sure kung hiyang ako or what or kung may effect sya hehe. Wala naman akong breakouts.Gusto ko lang optimale kasi yung din gluta ko.

Thank you for the reply. ako din eh, I take atc nung first month tapos nag Cosmo naman ako then atc uit ngayon. Di ko nga din alam kung ano effect sa akin, iniinom ko lang.

According to Watsons in FB SM Fairview is their last stop for their Health fair. Yes meron po buy1take1 ang cosmo gse, at free cosmo soap naman if you buy a bottle of cosmo skin gluta.

ganda sana ng atc gse, nung first 3-4 days ko uber glowing ganda. pero pang dating ng 10-14 days siguro breakouts galore.

^no such thing as yellowish/hepa side effect when one overdoses of gse. very oily skin, yes. and this will trigger breakouts.

ewan ko lang date umiinom ako ng gse ng cosmo 2x day sinasabay ko sa gluta ko ayun naging yellowish ang color ko parang may hepa actually hindi ko nga alam yun na yun ang cause until nung nabasa ko dito sa gt,

yung sabe dito date sakanya naman 3 times a day siya umiinom ng gse alone tapos nagulat daw sila naging yellowish parang may hepa daw kaya ayun nag pa check sa dr. ang sabe nung dr. nasobrahan daw sa gse kaya nag kaganun. (if im not mistaken vita-glow gamit niya 3 times a day niya iniinom)

feeling ko tama kasi nung nag once a day ako ng cosmo gse nawala yung pag ka yellowish ng color ko.

^gse is 10x powerful than vit c. when you overdose of vit c, masakit ang kidneys mo and then your urine turns to a dark yellow to orange color. the same with gse. and it depends what gluta you're taking as well. if you're taking tathion, then your color will turn yellowish white. if you take ph, then your color will turn to pale pinkish white. overdosing of gse aggravates it as well.
