Hi Sisses Question lang kasi I bought Cosmo Skin GSE last night at 20php each. I asked kung meron promo but the SA told me na wala na daw tapos magkakaroon daw ng price increase tomorrow (which is today) at magiging 30php na daw per capsule. True kaya yun? Ang mahal pala ng Cosmo compared to ATC na less than 6php lang.

I just found out that too much intake of GSE can make you yellow/orange, according to my doctor. May patient daw kasi siya na naging color orange ang complexion tapos dame pinagawang tests (kala pa related sa kidney) yun pala dame niyang GSE na tine-take sa isang araw (forgot ilang tabs/caps). Tapos ni-research ng doctor ko, rich in beta carotene pala ang GSE so too much of it can make you orange.

^well, too much of anything is harmful talaga. that's why i suggest 250-500 mg is enough for 300 mg gluta.

it's my second day of taking gse.. kahapon sarap ng tulog ko.. 4:30PM ako natulog, nagising ako umaga na.. hahaha.. kaso parang parati naman akong gutom..

eh bakit sa box ng ATC grapeseed per cap 500mg pero ang recommended dosage nya 2-3caps a day?

Hi Sisses What are the signs na hindi ako hiyang with GSE that I'm taking? Kapag pinimple lang ba yung pinakacommon na sign?

^pimples sis. and upset stomach - sisikmurahin ka. and if you don't hydrate yourself more often, pasasakitin nya tagiliran mo (hello kidneys).

^Thank you, Sis Cindylulu Lumalabas ba agad ang signs after a day ng pag take? Nakaubos naman ako ng 1 box ng ATC and wala naman ganung effects sa akin. Mukha naman hiyang pala ako dun I'm taking Cosmo Skin's GSE ngayon, test ko lang kung ok din. Hindi ko pa nauubos ang 30 capsules, though, parang may maliit na pimple na gusto tumubo sa nose ko. Observe ko pa ulit. And nagpa-consult pala ako sa 2 dermatologists earlier and both of them said that I have very nice skin daw. Maputi daw and makinis. Hindi ko sure which gave me that effect kung ATC or Cosmo.

Follow-up question pala, ok kaya if gatorade or minute maid ang pang inom ko ng GSE instead of water?

^just like with any other medicine, dapat just take it with plain water lang. kasi sodas or other beverages can dilute the chemicals of the meds you're taking. either potency is reduced or none at all.

Im taking yung 100% PURE GRAPE SEED OIL EXTRACT. Mas maganda pag in oil form... mas pure and na retain yun content.
