for those in the know, why not go for the main polyphenol of gse, resveratrol? bought this stuff at ho along with my gse supply.

^^yes. gse can make your skin smooth na parang naka lotion pero it depends kasi hiyangan din ito. lalo na atc's gse is in oil form. if you take atc as booster, only 1 tab for 3 tab ph will do kasi 500 mg na ito.

^cosmoskin gse has 500 mg too sis and it is already in combi with 100 mg vit c and 12 mg vit e. i can't recall how many mg avon vitaglow has. solgar gse naman has only 100 mg.

^Thanks, Sis Cindylulu Nice to know na meron pa isang product na 500mg! At least kapag hindi ako hiyang with ATC, meron na ako ipapalit. Bought 30pcs of ATC earlier and took 2 soft gels na din an hour ago (excited much hahaha).

^i still continue taking gse even if i'm on antibiotics. just vary the time you take your meds. ako i take gse 4 hours before i take the antibiotics. it depends naman kasi talaga on you if kaya ng tummy mo sabayin. otherwise, baka lbm labas nyan. kawawa naman ang liver din.

Thank you, Sis Cindylulu I'll continue na ulit on taking GSE. I stopped taking it nung mag-start ako mag antibiotics the other day. Naghihintay talaga ako ng reply dito sa thread if I shall continue or not. Will take 1 soft gel na lang siguro instead of 2. Thanks ulit for the advice

what exactly are the benefits of taking gse?  ill be bckreading in a while..i looking for a supplemnt that can make me blooming..ang haggard ko kasi ngayon sobra.. baka sakali makatulong to maging blooming man lang ako
