Sis SENOKOT FORTE  effective yan promise :)
and mineral oil 2 tbsp before bedtime

my hubby and daughter is super duper constipated....as in one week di nakakapoo poo...for my  hubby he takes 4 tablets before bedtime make sure its forte...kasi mas stronger yan.
for my daughter since shes only 5...she takes mineral oil ang pangit ng lasa but wala sya choice kaysa naman lagyan ko siya ng enema....

actually yan ang nirecommened ng GI saakin... :)
and so far yan lang effective

hay due to my postpartum constipation, nagkaron ako ng anal fissure. :(
yung one week worth of healing ko for that fissure, nasira dahil sa isang araw na constipate ulit ako! kaya back to zero na naman.. dapat maging careful..

the best way para hindi ma constipate is eat a lot of fruits!  Dati sobra akong constipate tapos I ate a lot of fruits ayun naging 2x a day pa and wala pang pilitan.  ;D

@damierlouis: at first i was diagnosed to have hemorrhoids, well, i do have skin tag two years ago pa, pero wala naman yun, walang bother..
pero eto yung "razor blade" feeling.. may seem gross, but i took picture of that private part, ayun, ako mismo naka kita ng fissure. :(

it helped a lot when i took c-lium capsules, 4caps a day. when the surgeon gave me daflon, i took it for a month, nagsubside yung pain sa hemoroidsko.  i tried senokot before, dun ata lumala hemoroid ko. importante talaga yung food na knakain, no effect ang meds if we do not avoid the food that triggers constipation  :(

thanks for the info sis. so far wala pa naman razor blade feeling. pero syempre ingat din talaga dapat. iwasan ko na talaga pork, beef etc. more on fruits and vegetables na lang, since highschool kasi constipated na ako eh..  :(

Although hindi ako constipated, small caliber lang yung stool ko, which is painful din during defacation. Basta everyday umiinom ako ng 3L ng tubig, breakfast and dinner meron ako nilagang chinese cabbage, tapos snack ko whole wheat bread. No red meat din. Manok at isda lang ako. ayun after 1 month of changing my diet, naka soft at bulky na yung stool ko. At sabi nila mas maganda yung squating position kapag dudumi.

Effective naman yung ginawa ko. Wala namang hilab ng tiyan. Just like a normal bowel movement. Buti na lang...

^korek! :)

mag fish and chicken na lang muna for meat, but make sure na may gulay ding kasama sa ulam. :)
c-lium fibre helps. :)

and for laxative, lactulose syrup works for me. mas ok din sya compared sa dulcolax imho.

i'm currently drinking  a tea i bought from healthy options. maganda siya kasi once a wk k lang iniinom tapos ok yung digestion ko for 1wk. mas gusto yung effect neto kasi hnd masyado masakit yung tummy ko unlike yung iba parang LBM dating tapos namimilipt ako sa sakit ng stomch. pero same thing it will work with in 6 to 8 hrs after drinking the tea.

same tayo, :(

i had surgery one week ago, right now i'm not feeling well i'm still constipated so that the wound not heal.. i'm using faktu ointment as advised of my doctor in st.lukes it really helps can eliminate oozing, itching.. but still my every BM is not yet normal even if i drink more than 3 liters of water and eat vegies everyday right after my surgery, i talk to my doctor he said that it takes time to heal anal fissure because if your BM is still hard and not totally in a good condition the wound might not be healed so that it can cause of bleeding and come back again and again.. yesterday i started to eat prunes and and drink laxatives(duphalac) even if my stool is not so soft but every morning i had a bowel movement.. and now i'm hoping to get rid of it.
