Hi!Where can I have my kids' (3 yrs old toddler and 8 month old baby) ears pierced for free?How about in jewelry shops?My pedia charges P3,000 for this. Is this normal? Please recommend another source?Thank you to anyone who can help.

Sa pedia namin P500 lang, kasama na hypoallergenic earrings (2 1/2 years ago). Totoong alahas ba yung gamit nya? OA sa mahal. I would't recommend going to jewelry/accessory shops for this service, though, baka magka-impeksyon pa babies mo. Hanap ka na lang siguro muna ng ibang pedia for this.

Mas ok yata na sa pedia nalang than jewelry/accessory shops. Baka magkamali pa at ma-infect pa. You can look for other pedia na mas mababa yung rate. Be sure din na ok yung earrings na gagamitin.

try mo ask sa health center sis, dito kasi samin maganda at malinis ang health center ng barangay and may pang ear pierce rin yung nurse dito. sa baby ko 200 pesos kasama na yung hypo allergenic earring. ok naman yung sa baby ko, ganda pa ng hikaw..

yup you can go to health centers may mga nagpi pierce dun ng mga baby.. cheap and nice yung studs nila.

I will visit our health center here. I've inquired and it is P200 with earrings already. I was just wondering if they use a needle or a gun? Cuz I was told guns hurt more than the needle.

Try other pedias sis. My daughter's pedia only charged 600 kasama na yung earrings don.

yup they're using gun. automatic na yun with the earings na pag baril nun..

ang cute eh.. mga 3-4 months na yung baby.. bagay haha astig.. kung magkababy boy din ako papa pirce ko din hehe

Sis more on nakakagulat lang daw. And I think I have to agree with those who said na better to do this while the baby still isnt malikot.

^oh no... parang hindi ko kaya.. my older daughter got her ears pierced at birth. i didnt have my next baby's ear's pierced at birth again because she was naka-dextrose. kawawa naman. dilemma ko talaga ngayon. but advise din sa akin ng cousin ko, to have it done while baby is young because hindi nga daw kasing likot.

Yes, tama yung advise na better have ear holing done habang maliit pa si baby para hindi nya galaw galawin ng kamay. Nung pinanganak ko si baby, yung kapitbahay namin na kasabay ko nanganak, she had her baby's ears pierced na agad. Sa amin ayaw pa namin kasi nga naaawa kami baka masaktan.

After constant prodding from our parents tsaka laging pinagkakamalan na boy si baby, pinabutasan na rin naman at 3 months. Php 600 sa pedia nya with earrings na rin, may topical anesthesia naman na nilalagay eh. Tapos umiyak siguro mga 1 minute-2 mins. okay na.

^oh ok! may anesthesia naman pala. hindi na nga masakit yon. actually, i put topical anes on my kids before vaccination kaya sure ako they don't feel it

gusto ko nga rin pabutasan na anak ko magtwo na siya sa May. Kaso ang likot na natatakot ako hehe. lahat ba ng nagbubutas na pedia naglalagay ng anesthesia?

sis swtgrl_bee, mag-1 year old na baby ko at malikot na rin kaya alanganin ako. dapat pala talaga newborn, pina-ear pierce ko na siya.

aien, ask your pedia about the procedure before you have it done. siyempre as much as possible we don't want our babies to feel any hurt
