question, mga magkano kaya yung pinakamura pero matibay na boxing gloves. kasi parang mas tipid yun kesa mag-rerent na lang palagi sa gym eh.. thanks

Hey ladies! I started training in Elorde-Katipunan 3 weeks ago. Ang kulit kasi ni rastagurl11! Haha! Regarding glove size, my trainer said i should get 12lb.

sino okay na trainer ng muay thai sa katips?? i tried boxing there before okay naman.. gusto ko itry magmuay thai this time.. and ano usually suot mo? pwede ba nakajogging pants pag muay thai? thanks!

^kahit sino naman ok sa Katip, but I train with Tata. I wear Muay tahi shorts and shirt. They prefer shorts pag muay para madali sumipa, ok lang kahit hindi Muay Thai shorts. If you train in Katip, look for me, I train daily now, usually in the morning or lunchtime so i can meet you.

hi sis. i decided na magtrain muna sa timog. sa fist gym mas malapit kasi sa place ko kesa sa katips. naenjoy ko naman cia.. super challenging compared sa boxing. un nga lang sobrang sakit ng katawan ko the next day.. i'll try to train sa katips then pag may time, sana makita kita!

^ yep, tip naman yun so you can give any amount. Sometimes iba yung magmamassage after the session.

I tried boxing back in 2008 and super nakakapayat talaga siya.Sa elorde kame sa paranaque nagbboxing. 200 per session din dun nung time na yun, ewan ko lang ngayon. Mabilis talaga papayat pag yun ang gagawin mo. I remember na pinatakbo kami nun for 3 minutes paikot ikot sa ring. Tapos mga exercise tapos yung mga jab jab na yan. Hehe. Tapos yung exercise sa mat. 1 hour lang siya pero sobra pawis ko dun. Gusto ko ma try ulit sana.

hi mga sis!

i've been boxing na for almost a month.
main reason ko is to lose weight. meron naman ng nakaka pansin na i lost weight pero
parang di pa ako happy. feeling ko kulang yung results with all the efforts i exerted.
minsan nakakatempt mag take ng kung ano ano para makita ko yung mas mabilis na results.
buti na lang, naiiisip ko rin na dapat maging patient ako. hindi ganun kabilis i-lose ang weight na
nagain ko over the years.

i'm 5'3...72 kg a month before. now 69 kg. i should be happy na i lost 3 kgs na pero hindi ko makita kung san nawala.

kayo ba mga sis, how soon or how long bago kayo nag lose ng weight thru boxing?
