Kung beginner ka, start slow. Wag ka maffrustrate kung hindi pa kasinglutong yung suntok mo as compared to the other girls.

baon ka na rin ng foam (as in yung panghugas ng plato) para malagay sa knuckles mo para iwas mangitim.

I recommend flyweight! Very welcoming ang staff, and napaka friendly ng trainers. Plus the workout is very effective whether slimming or strengthening... If it's your first time boxing ok din, they just modify the workout so you can manage it. What i really like is yung energy ng class, nakaka gana bumalik balik. Grabe din ang trainers, very fit (gwapo ni coach Vince!).

The regular price is medyo pricey so I suggest you get the trial package na P1,500 for 5 classes. Cheaper than elorde pa. If you like it then you can get the regular package.

Check out niyo yung video nila and website so you can see how different it is from elorde (na medyo kadiri -- aminin!)

I went back to Elorde Plus after two years. I've been going to Elorde Pasay Road regularly. I admit, medyo chaka talaga sa Pasay Road branch but I keep going back because its on the way home. Pampalipas traffic ko from Makati to Sucat and di hassle ang parking.

Anyway, going back to Elorde Plus in BF.  I like this branch because its new, airconditioned and ok yung trainer ko. I was looking for something challenging coz I felt that the trainors in Pasay Road branch are too relaxed already or baka dahil pagod na coz dami students.

Heck, I exactly got what I wanted in Elorde Plus! 6 rounds of boxing + HIT training + suspension training + abs. So sulit for 2 1/2 hours.

better check with your doctor sis, pero i know people who have scolio pero nagboboxing. medyo careful lang sila sa ab workout kasi kapag mali yung form mo, tatamaan yung likod mo talaga.

up ko lang ito. meron pa ba dito nagboboxing to lose weight? i wanna try,  pero medyo maingat lang ako because of my disc bulge. wag lang daw ako mag situps and crunches, sabi ng doctor. and wag din daw puro bending as it will cause back pains ulit.

^I do boxing to lose weight, kaso nagplateau na agad yung weight ko. Doesn't matter tho, kasi dami nakakapansin na malaki na daw nabawas sa katawan ko.

Tried boxing with some friends, na-enjoy ko naman.  Kaya lang di ko na-inform na may scolio ako, lol. I wanna do it again though. I need physical activity na talaga huhuhu.

So yung ab workouts/crunches/leg raises lang ba ang dapat ko ingatan?

Sis paano mo nilalagay yung foam? Mej masikip na kasi yung gloves with the handwrap inside...
