Uhmm, nag start siya around June. One week siyang nag reset then after nun, nag once a day siya. I'm pretty sure hindi water weight yung natanggal kasi nawala (as in solid talaga) yung bilbil niya sa likod. She has fats parin sa harap pero dati kasi literal na muka siyang naka salbabida. Hahaha!

Sis pritiface kung ittry mo to, make sure wala kang mga bonggang lakad. Kasi baka masayang yung program pag di nasunod e.

By the way, I'll pm you my sister's number. Siya kausapin mo about Nutrimeal kasi I don't have a first hand experience. Magandang yung pumayat nalang ang hingan mo ng comments.

Most people I know do it for more or less a month. One week for the Reset Phase. Then 2 weeks sa Transform Phase. Then 1 week sa Maintain Phase. Bihira ako makarinig na nagdepend na talaga sa Nutrimeal kasi ang mahal talaga.

Sa pulubing kagaya ng isa ko pang kapatid, Reset lang din ginawa niya. In fairness pumayat siya ha. Mas remarkable lang talaga results pag umabot ka dun sa 2nd and 3rd phase.
