My friend lost 6lbs sa 5-Day reset program. She told me na nawala daw cravings nya kahit ano daw
ihain sa kanya na masarap na food wala syang gana. After the 5-day reset program pwede
mo ituloy sa maintenance program tapos pwede ka na ata kumain ng low glycemic meal once a day.

So far in 2 months naka-lose na daw sya ng 8KG. I will start on the 5-day reset program when I
come back from my vacation leave on July 22. Sana magwork sakin! I need to lose 30lbs by December.

im a newbie here :), pero matagal ng lurker ;D, nutrimeal was recommended by my officemate and after checking it here on gt, i decided to try it. i followed the 5-day reset program and i lost 5 lbs (from 123 to 118) and 1 inch off sa waist! ;D i followed yung 3x a day na shake in replacement for my meals, but wasn't able to do the 30mins/day moderate exercise, tamad kc hehe.

i love the chocolate flavor, lasang natunaw na choco ice cream :D strawberry is also ok. i got 2 flavors para alternate. i really felt full after drinking the shake, minsan di ko pa maubos yung 300ml busog na ko, and i won't get hungry for 3 to 4 hrs. at first i was worried because of my hyperacidity, pero di naman cya nag trigger. i also bought lots of fruits, kc you need to eat 3 to 5 servings of fruits or veggies din for snack.

my most favorite part of reset, is that my persistent colds for more than 2 weeks (worst in the morning) was gone! i think the essentials and proflavanol that comes with the program really helped.

hi guys! im a newbie here.  :) 8)

mag start ako mag nutrimeal tomorrow.  actually one week na sya nasakin, hindi ko lang tlg masimulan cos, iniisip ko kung kaya ko ba? tiisganda. Haha.

so.. we'll see tomorrow.. Sana maging okay to for 5 days.

anyway, [textspeak!] Reset pack nya ay 1 pack ng chocolate powder and 1 strawberry powder.
kasabay yung essentials and proflavanol.

so gumawa nalang ako ng sariling menu for the week. :)
so..

Breakfast 1 Nutrimeal plus essentials and proflavanol.
Lunch: Nutrimeal with Fruits.
Dinner: Nutrimeal with any low glycemic meals.

so i hope this helps and additional information sa mga gusto mag reset diet. :)
(:

more questions...

yung isang pack ng nutrimeal which costs 1,800...for how many days ito macconsume if i'm going to do the 5 days reset program?  tsaka ano yung proflavanol & essentials.  how much ito, and how many days macconsume yung per bottle nito?  nagkkwenta ako how much magagastos ko sa 5days reset program.  can't find detailed info. tsaka, need ba iblender talaga o pwedeng i-shake lang. TIA.

yung 1 pack is good for 9 meals, so if you follow the reset program (3 meals a day), it is good for 3 days, kaya usually 2 packs ang kelangan for the reset. Ako di naman ako gumamit ng blender, i used yung regular lock&lock bottle lang, then stir with a spoon for 1 minute, mejo kelangan mo lang lusawin tlaga.

yung essentials (antioxidant and minerals) and proflavanol are vitamins that comes with the reset program. yung essentials is 3,190 per bottle (224 tablets good for 3 months) and proflavanol is 2,140 (90 tablets). Para makatipid, ask your distributor if pwede retail na muna yung vitamins. Ask ka na rin ng discount if you get the bottles hehe

I maintained yung vitamins even after the reset program, pero once a day na lang for essentials and proflavanol. I love the effects of the vitamins. It helps sa metabolism and sarap ng tulog ko lagi :)

yes sis, ganun nga cya :)

but i have friends na gusto makatipid, so ginawa nila twice a day lang (nutrimeal + fruit+ essentials + proflavanol) for lunch and dinner. then morning breakfast is oatmeal + fruits. AM and PM snack is fruits din (at least 3 varieties a day)

pag ganun, you will just need 1 pack of nutrimeal na 1800 plus retail ng vitamins which is around 500.

sakin ok na rin, kc di na ko gagastos ng lunch and dinner sa office :)
