^ good luck. i already have civil service eligibility since 2005 but still not able to work with the government as a regular employee. swertihan lang talaga.

was so disappointed.. nagcheck ako sa csc ng vacancy. when i saw yun job post nila na i think pwede ako, nagpunta ako sa gov't office na yun to submit my resume. upon learning na i'm an applicant, first question was "sino kakilala mo dito na nagpadala sayo?" i was like

i worked for 4 yrs in a govt hospital before i went abroad. ok ang salary (wag na i-compare sa abroad syempre). pero maraming benefits and hindi ganon ka strict compared sa pvt hospitals. lots of patients pero enjoy naman.

i passed the cs exam (prof) years ago pero i cant find a work sa govt. i tried to apply (submitted my application) pero they are not responding. anyone here na puede naman ako matulungan makahanap ng work sa government within CAVITE or malapit sa cavite? Thanks in advance

muntik na ako mapasok sa dot before, fresh grad ako nun yung department na papasukan ko inaayos pa yung plantilla. since medto naiingit na ako sa mga kabatch ko na nagwowork na, nagtry na ako mag apply sa ibang company. although a few years back when i was thinking of transfering to another bank, a friend recommended me to his boss (dbp). nagcompute kame ng benefits ko sa present employer ko at yung benefits na maukukuha ko sa kanila. okay na sana kaya lang ang catch one year muna akong contractual. hindi ko naman afford na lumiit ng ganun salary ko plus mawala benefits ko pero inassure ako ng manager na one year lang daw tyatyagain ko maregular naman daw ako. hindi ko na lang tinangap, although ang daming nagsabi sayang daw kase govt na yun eh.sabi ng boss ko kung lilipat ako ng ibang bank make sure na officer na ako wag na mag staff. okay na din na hindi ako lumipat kase ngayon nagtetrain na ako for officership waiting na lang for my promotion

i want to try working for the government din eh, habol ko lang talaga dito is stability and yung weekends and holidays off....

grabe kasi yung ibang private companies na inaapplyan ko ang baba na ng offer whole day pa ang saturdays and government mandated benefits lang ang meron...

may eligibility ako ng csc (prof)....

mga admin positions lang naman ang capacity ko....

Hello mga sis! Question naman po. Matagal po ba ang feedback pagnag apply ka sa government? Nag-apply kasi ako sa congress and sila daw ang mag aassess kung saang position ako pwede. Sabi wait ako ng 3 weeks tapos they will send a registered mail for the status. Ganun ba talaga ang process? 3rd week na kasi last Oct 17 pero la pa ko narerecieve. Nun tumawag ako sa congress sportsfest nila so wala din ako nakausap. Salamat po sa magreply.

Kakatawag ko lang sa congress and they're asking me to fill up a personal data sheet. It's long overdue since nagtext daw sila the day after I submitted my resume kaso iba gamit ko na number that time kasi nasira yung sim ko. Sana matanggap ako.

yup panalo sa compensation talaga ang government pero kung base pay ang pag uusapan... hayyy... ^_^

Walang reply akong natanggap sa mga government offices na inapplyan ko! bat ang hirap?? any tips sa mga govt employees?

^ sis follow up mo. Ako masipag mag-follow up, eto kakatawag ko lang sa congress sabi nirere-evaluate pa daw yung application ko. So tawag daw ulit ako next thursday for follow up.

Sa mga sisses natin in the gov't matagal ba talaga processing ng application?

I can attest to what everybody is saying here. Palakasan talaga sa government natin. I once worked for a government agency as a contractual. I don't have csc eligibility up to now. They asked me to get one kasi they will renew my contract daw and they want me to acquire the vacant regular post. Ako lang umayaw, kasi di rin ako pang government. I am more into foreign relations, international organization.
