hello mga sis..sana my sumagot hehe..on vacation kasi yong pinagtatanungan ko hehe..

im starting to gather my documents hehe for fiance visa requirements..gusto ko lang malaman kung kailangan pang icertified true copies yong written statement of your relationship, money transfer, chat logs, screen shot of FB engagement greetings. or need na original ang mga evidences na ito..pls help ^TIA mga sissies

US fiance ka din ba sis? yung sa akin hindi ko na pina certified eh. saka hindi din naman chineck ng maigi nung US consul mga evidences na dinala ko.

oo nga sis nagkakamigraine na ako kakaresearch sa aus fiancee visa hehe..too confusing kasi yong ibang nabasa ko original daw,other says naman i-certified true copies..gusto ko may mapagtanungan kung maaari yong nakapag apply lang last year or just this year para updated sa mga requirements na needed..yong mga nabasa kong forum year 2006-2007 pa..wala ako mahanap na latest forum sa aus fiance visa hehe

hi mga sis! ng bbrowse ako sa net ng mga support groups about sa fiance visa at ito nakita ko, maliban sa FB. nag enjoy ako basahin mga post dito, helpful siya. Bdw, nag start na kami mg gather ng docs ng fiance ko , ask ko lang [textspeak!] NBI for travel abroad, tama ba? [textspeak!] birth cert NSO copy dpat? saka US Navy kasi fiance ko, may chance ba na ma expedite [textspeak!] process? salamat

^sis, tulong ako konti ah? kakaalis lang ng bf ko 2 months ago and dapat original nso copy yung birth certificate na submit. Ang alam ko rin nbi clearance lang knuha niya, di ko alam na may for travel pa pala.
about sa expedite of process, ang pinakamabilis talaga is fiancee visa. unless special case ka like my bf na nakakuha ng interview 3 weeks before his 21st birthday *kinuha siya ni mama niya* kaya talagang sobrang biglaan at bilis lahat.

hi sis, nag-pass kna? hmm.. original copy ang ipasa with photocopies.. Certified copies lang kasi pinasa ko nun tapos nag-request case officer ko for additional documents, yun na nga yung original copy ng NSO AND BIRTH CERTIFICATE ko.
And lalong naghigpit ngayon ang AUSTRALIAN EMBASSY, di ko pa nababasa kung ano2x mga changes eh..

Girls need help, I am applying for spousal visa, for australia and I dont know where to begin.. haay
I already have the proofs, have you guys needed a letter, coming in from two ausie friends of his  stating that they know you and the relationship is genuine?
I am about to pass required docs except for that. need pa ba yun?

Have any of you heard of the new requirement to attend a CFO ( Commission on Filipinos Overseas) seminar if you are applying for a Fiance Visa or even if just planning to stay in a foreign country for more than 30days to visit a spouse/ fiance?

I have been to Cape Town 2x before ( last year & early this year), staying for 85 days each time to visit my fiance.  I am applying for a Tourist Visa again to visit my fiance & now the embassy tells me before they even start processing my Visa i need to present a CFO certificate!  Apparently Immigration is very strict now and require this certificate upon departure.

 Main Office is in Quirino but they have a branch in Good Shepherd Convent in Aurora Blvd that also accepts seminar attendees Monday to Friday. But i heard they will only be there until Sept., then everything will be done at the main office na.   

Wanted to post this as additional info for fellow gtalkers out there bec these agencies are very vague about these things and you only get useful info if you keep asking.

^Wow! they're very strict na talaga ha Yes I know that they require CFO for fiance visa, pero I'm not aware not even if just applying for tourist visa <w/ fiance/spouse in the foreign country> they need it pa. Nung February lang ako umalis thru tourist visa they didn't ask for it naman. That's nice to know sis! thanks for sharing!
