^ thank you sis lyn!  morning ng october 26 na flight ko,  kinakabahan nga ako kasi first time ko mag travel papunta US, pinakamalayo ko na napuntahan is hongkong. Sana maging ok talaga flight ko. Hehe

@nickel18, what itsmekmia said. Get NBI with a FOR TRAVEL TO USA ang purpose. If you haven't stayed at least 6 months sa ibang bansa pwede na hindi ka mag kuha ng police clearance sa country na you work/stay. But if you were there at least for 6 months kailangan talaga may Police Clearance ka sa kanila.

@itsmekmia wow i haven't been updated with this thread, i'm so happy for you. about mine and boyfie we're still being patient here. but i will keep in mind everything i've learned here and update you all soon. we're just looking forward for march til he visit me here. as of now, we're trying to gather as much evidences needed in the future, i've tried sending greeting cards, should be able to at least do snail mails too. kasi chat logs, phone logs, conversations madami kami yung hard copy thing yun kulang and we'll make sure to take lots and lots of pictures together when he gets here. hopefully in God's time maging ok din yung samin.

Hi mga sis..pajoin ako..am also being petitioned on a k1 visa...my future mother in law received the Noa1 sept 16 2011..so am hoping by december sana i have a noa2 na..in my case kasi I have a 2 year old son with my bf/petitioner and we have been together for almost 4 years already. He is a american but he lived here for almost 2 years straight then for the last 2 years spends 6 months every year here in the philippines..i submitted my baby's birth certificate from the u.s embassy also his u.s passport (xerox copy) a few pictures and photocopies also of ultrasound. do you think its enough or do i have to prepare some more evidences?  ask ko lang sana what does Noa2 contains? and if i can be added sana sa fb account ng mga k1 filers...salamat.

thank u sisses! i'm here in hawaii na! yay, more than a week pa lang ako dito pero it feels like home since parang pilipinas lang din pero mas malinis at organized. iba-ibang race din ang nandito mostly asians like filipino, japanese, korean, chinese and americans..

NOA2 is yung notice of approval 2, it means almost approved na yung petition so parang formality na lang din yung actual interview sa US embassy. about sa FB account sis, medyo hindi na ako masyado active dun since super busy din. ang dami pa pala kase gagawin pag andito na sa US. try ko na lang answer dito sa girltalk. hehe

^sis Hawaii ka pala, all my relatives are there. diyan din kami nakapetition (F3), but boyfriend is from San Diego. but you're right, very much like Philippines lang diyan.

^ah talaga sis, nice naman. for sure pag nasa san diego ka na mavi- visit mo na din anytime yung relatives mo dito sa hawaii. i think 4-5 hours lang ang plane ride from US mainland to hawaii.

^yeah sis hopefully soon, literally lahat ng relatives kasi namin nasa US na, mostly California and Hawaii but then non near San Diego, prolly either 4 hours drive or 4 hours plane away but then it's all good. as long as i can get to be with my boyfriend, anywhere may it be here nga eh, but then i don't think that will be an option for us.

just go to immi.gov.au nandon narin ang mga requirements na kelangan at evidence na kelangan nyong ipakita, wala namang question and answer portion and mostly 2-6 months lang meron ng visa and the visa will last for 9 months..at kung hindi ka magpakasal within your fiance visa, hindi ka pedeng magpalit ng visa and you need to go out of the country .

Hi sis! The I-134 has to be in original copy. You must also include other proofs of financial support like reference letters, payslips, bank statements. etc..
