^ sis nung nagsearch ako sa net depende sa hospital yung amount ng delivery na macocover ng philhealth ..
maternity care package -8000
NSD package level 1 hospitals-8000
NSD package level 2 hospitals -6500

yung sa newborn care package sis 1750

di lang ako sure dun sa pre natal benefits sis kasi natanong ko dun sa lying in na pagpapa anakan ko di ko daw mairereimburse yun.. nagtanong din ako sa philhealth robinson sabi din nila sa delivery and newborn care lang daw makukuha kong benefits :/

I initially planned to reimburse na lang sa Philhealth after giving birth since I was advised na mas malaki daw makukuha ko, but then good thing I checked with my OB hindi na pala nag aallow ang philhealth na reimburse so I have to use it na agad upon giving birth.

^ kaya pala nabanggit sakin sis na di ko mairereimburse yung pre natal care.. nagtaka nga ko nung last check up ko nung aug 12 di ako pinagbayad ng check up and anti tetanus shot ko.. binigyan pa kong vitamins hehe..

sa pagkaka alam ko kasi sa lying in 6500 sa delivery and 1500 sa prenatal kaya 8k sya.. so buong 8k siguro ang sakanila kaya di na ko pinagbayad sa last check up ko  ganun kaya yun ? haha

hi mga sis, may inquiry lang ako about philhealth contribution.
i stopped working since nov 2013 pa so stop na din ang hulog ko for philhealth. ask ko lang kung ilang quarterly contributions ang bayaran ko voluntarily para magamit ko pa rin ang benefit? EDD ko is march 2015. thanks.

^ sis, ako pinagbayad ng 2 quarters (July-Dec) para magamit ko sya sa EDD ko on Oct 14.

^sis bale 1200 ang total mo for 2 quarters tama ba? or iba iba ang rates depende s klase ng paghulog like voluntary or employed?

Bakit paiba-iba information niyo?

Kung totoo nga yung sa Philhealth website, you must have paid at least nine (9) monthly premium contributions within the last 12 months prior to your childbirth. This applies to both employed and individually paying. So if you find out you are pregnant now, pay ASAP so you'll be covered.

Pero based sa mga kwento niyo, parang hindi naman nila ata sinusunod. Or meron kayong mga quarters na bayad na within the last year, kaya 1-2 quarters lang ang pinabayad sa inyo?

^ no idea about the inconsistencies of the answers, sis.  I just asked Philhealth what I need to pay so I could use my maternity benefit by my EDD.  My problem is that my last employer has not updated my contributions since Mar 2013.  Consistent naman ang answer nung representative sa hotline and the one in the office.

Ano yung mga philhealth documents na kailangan i-secure before delivery?
I asked kasi sa HR namin, hindi naman nagsasalita yung babae sa HR basta sabi nya, balik ako kinabukasan
Pagbalik ko last night, may binigay sakin na certificate of contribution na may pirma ng HR manager.

Yun lang ba talaga yung kailangan? Sorry ha, so unapproachable kasi yung tao sa HR namin, sya lagi inaabutan ko kaya di ako makapagtanong ngmaayos.

^di pa ako nanganak sis pero ready na yun philhealth docs ko. ininformed ko lang din HR namin na pinapaready na ng OB ko yun docs kasi anytime pwede na ako maglabor. pagbigay sa akin, meron dun nakalagay na philhealth form, MDR at certificate of contribution ko for a year with attached receipts. pero nagrequest na din ako ng NSO copy of marriage cert namin ni hubby kasi sabi ng secretary ni OB need daw yun. so ayun, para sure lang at walang maging prob come delivery day...

^ ay ganun? Ang binigay nya lang certificate of contribution tapos from sept. 2013 upto june 2014 lang nakalagay
I need to get back pa pala sa kanya on monday, kainis naman..
I have to prepare all the documents na din, kasi though im on my 34th week pa lang, 1cm dilated na ko since last week pa eh, kaya i have to prepare.

- for individual payors, its no longer 9 month payment for individual.

- if employed, change membership category to informal economy-informal sector. the recquirement is payment of 3months within 6 months prior to month of child delivery. If its already too late to pay for 3 months prior to delivery , pay for 1year in advance.

MATERNITY BENEFITS
NSD
- in level 1 hospitals and lying in clinic 8000 (6500 for facility and health professional and 1500 prenaal care)
- in level 2 to 4 hospitals 6500 (5000 for facility and 1500 prenatal care)

CS
- level 2 to 4 hospitals philhealth coverage is 19000 (11000 for hospital costs and 7600 for doctors)
-cs not covered in level 1 maternity clinics

Mga sis, confirm ko lang if totoo na 1st cs lang ang covered ng philhealth, yung succeeding hindi na. Emergency cs ako nung first, then elective cs ngayon second pregnancy because it might be risky if ipipilit na nsd. 19k pa din kaya benefits ko? Tia!

^In my case sis, nagamit ko pa rin ang Philhealth benefits ko kahit elective CS ako sa second ko. I think depende rin sa doctor mo kasi sila naman ang magse-certify nyan. Kausapin mo  na lang OB mo.
